Hers and His Plumbing

Josh came out today to solve our problem with the shower leaking down into the ceiling of the workshop. He called before coming with an estimated time, arrived promptly and was able to solve our problem. Such a great guy. Very knowledgeable and left a clean work area. Would definitely call Hers and His again.

I really like working with this company; pricing is competitive, they are very experienced and professional. They follow up with you and do exactly what they say they're going to do. Everything was done right the first time and I have only used them ever since.

He had to go and buy the stuff. He replaced a pipe that was damaged. He put a different kind of pipe in there so that they could actually open it up. They wouldn't have to cut the pipe. They wouldn't have to ruin the pipe. I think it was called a clean-out something that would really aid in any kind of future problem. Plus, he did the valve under the sink. It cost me $600. They really were at the top of the list. He just did it. He just did everything. He explained everything and took pictures. Then he flushed the toilet and it was going under the house. He had me buy a bag of lime so that he could spread it under the house to get rid of it. It immediately stopped flushing the toilet. He was great. The price was very reasonable. He came out immediately.

do remember feeling the amount was reasonable. They did a great job and
I would definitely use them again.

Our water heater went out. They ordered the wrong one and then took forever to order and receive the correct one. It took over a week with no hot water in the winter. Very frustrating. The technician was very professional but the people at the office were not.

The plumber, James Brenvley was on time, professional in his dealings and cleaned up after his work. I was charged a $75.00 deductible and the home warranty company is to pay the remainder

Hers and His plumbing was called by my homeowners warrantly company after the first plumbers (Drain Go) failed misserably. Hers and His did a great job on a relatively difficult leak and did minimal damage to wall in order to do so. They showed up right on time, explained to me exactly what needed to be done, fixed the leak and the poor repairs done previously, and cleaned up after themselves. I would recommend them.

Great, they were on time..wore shoe covers. Did what they said they would.

They were efficient and good. They did what they said they were going to do. The price wasn't bad since it was through my insurance company.

The first repairman said he needed to order a part and that he would be back. His attitude was very rude. he stated that it was a long drive to my house and didn't feel that he was adequately reimbursed for his gas. About 2 weeks later he came back to complete the job...used a decorative wastebasket to catch the water from the toilet tank. He obviously didn't realize that it was fragile..made of rice paper and mother of pearls shells...so the bottom fell out causing all of the water to soak into my carpeted floor. When I saw what had happened, I informed the company. I told them that the floor was sopping, soaking wet. Since the company also had to replace a knob handle in my shower, I was told that they would be right out. It took almost a week to get them back out because they had to order the knob. When the new repairman came he took pictures of the wastebasket and the carpet. I was then told that their insurance would replace the carpet and basket. I was told to buy the items..their insurance would pay. Now they refuse to pay anything.
