Josh Hastings was very responsive, listened to my concerns, read my two pages of detailed notes (which scared away five other painters), clearly grasped the level of work we needed, promptly gave a fair price quote in writing, once we had an agreement quickly brought his crew to start, they kept at the work each day that it did not rain, listened to my concerns, answered my questions, fixed the little things that always pop up late, did high quality work (I inspected up close on my ladder), and asked for my feedback when finished. Josh is a man of his word, and does it the way it should be done.
