excellent. will call again for A/C HVAC work. very reasonable pricing (best estimate). person answering phone and doing scheduling very friendly and professional (first impressions do matter). technician also friendly, professional, courteous, efficient. appeared at door in company uniform and put on shoe protectors before entering home. called ahead before arriving with estimated arrival time. recommend Halo.

The technician, Jacob arrived well within the arranged time window I was given. He quickly diagnosed a low refrigerant condition and provided a couple of options. I selected the one that made sense to me, and he was able to quickly remedy the problem. Highly professional and knowledgable. The charges were also well within my expectations. Will call Halo again if I need HVAC services.
