The repairs took more than weeks, and they failed to call when the pressure washer was finally ready. When I arrived I found one of the workers using it to clean the pavement and customers' lawnmowers. When I asked him what he was doing he said he was "testing it". I replied that - according to the ticket - they had previously tested it days ago. He then changed his story when challenged about using for his own purposes and asked "if I had a problem with that?" The owner sided with the worker and stated that he frequently used customers' equipment to mow lawns etc. I submitted a report to a business rating service. Very unprofessional, over-priced, and extremely rude.

Overall I am satisfied. The mower runs great, now. It did take more than two weeks to get serviced, but I was warned when I dropped it off that this would happen. One thing I liked is that they are upfront about not wanting the customer to put too much money into a mower: If the repair itself would cost more than $80, they won't do it. At that point, it makes more sense to put the money towards a new mower. This place can be a little tricky to find. The address is Hillsboro Pike, but you actually get to it down an alley of of Warfield. Be sure to ask for directions before you head it.
