Performance of the aforementioned task took five minutes, indicating vast experience, and resulting in high quality and total satisfaction!

The folks who work here are so friendly and upbeat.  In their words, "We love what we do."  When I brought my jacket in with a broken zipper, I assumed I would pay in the neighborhood of $20 for a replacement.  They told me that it might be repairable; if so, they would fix it, and if not, they would replace it.  I received a call 5 days later that the jacket was ready to pick up, and that the zipper had been repaired.

When I arrived to pick it up, they zipped and unzipped the zipper several times to demonstrate that it was indeed fixed.  And here is the kicker:  THEY WOULD NOT LET ME PAY ANYTHING!  They said that it had taken their zipper expert about 2 minutes to fix it, and they declined my offer to pay them something anyway.  Instead, they said, "If you ever have any alterations, bring them here."  Needless to say, I was very pleasantly surprised, and want to get the word out about this gem of a place.  

She provided options at various price levels to make the vest fit better and recommended that we return the vest and exchange it for a smaller size. In other words, she recommended that we not hire her to alter the garment. She was very friendly and professional and acted in our best interests rather than in her own. Previous alterations she has performed have been done well and timely.
