Ryan, Rigo and team did a wonderful job on our metal roof repairs. They responded quickly, identified the problems, and continued to communicate until the job was completed to our satisfaction. It was so refreshing to work with a company that has not lowered, but has elevated its standard of expectation in all aspects of their business.

Appears to be a great job! Ryan and Rigo were great to work with. Neither were high pressure. They were here when they promised, inspected the roof, gave us a decent price, did the work a couple of days later. They were in and out quickly! Ryan followed up with me every step of the way. On time. Repairman was friendly and polite. He was knowledgeable and experienced. So far, so good. It hasn't rained since the repair, but I anticipate no problems. I would use this company again.

I called 5 other roofing companies when I realized I had a leak around my toilet vent. I contacted Got A Guy via Angi at 7:30 am and got a call within 5 minutes. The price was fair, they came out and repaired the leak and identified other potential problems. Rigo and Ryan were very easy to work with and responsive to question.

RECOMMEND! Ryan from Got a Guy showed up incredible quickly with his team to inspect our roof, diagnosed the problem more accurately than else who'd seen the roof, then promptly texted me photos and an estimate -- and then got to work ON THE SPOT. Most importantly, they fixed our leak (not to mention cleaned our gutter spout and sealed up leaking windows just to make sure they actually solved our problem). I seriously can't recommend Got a Guy enough. Hire them! I'm so glad we did.

Absolutely, I would recommend Got a Guy Roofing! They are prompt, honest, fair, dilligent, and do great work! They do handyman jobs as well and have done several jobs for me! If you need work done, call them! Ryan is prompt and communicates well. Wonderful company!

This is the most responsive small business that I have ever hired. They were very prompt in coming out, assessing my roof damage and providing an estimate for repair. Once I hired them, they were very quick to come and make the repairs, Ryan called a few days later to follow up after heavy rains to make sure there were no leaks. Rigo was the on-site guy leading the repair and was a pleasure to work with, If you need a roof repair done right-this is your best bet.

Prompt, friendly, competent service. Good, open communication. Repaired the leak nicely and prevented leak in another area I hadn't noticed was vulnerable. An excellent job.

This company replied promptly to my request for service. Ryan was at my home within 2 hours to access my request for repair and the work was completed that afternoon. He followed up a few days later to make sure I was satisfied with the work his company had provided. I had a good experience with this company and would recommend them for repair work!

Mr. Ryan the owner of the company is a very nice person. I couldnâ t believe that I called him around 9:30 in the morning and the workers came around 1 pm to do the work including all the materials they needed and finished at 3:30 pm. Ryan contacted me very quickly after I put on my request with home advisor. They came to my house later that day. Ryan was kind to talk to on the phone and very helpful.

Good communication

In the course of 72 hours I had phoned 4 other roofing companies and had only one return my call after leaving 3 messages. In fact I just received a text message this morning from one to say they were not taking on additional work. Ryan phoned me seconds after I had used home advisor to post my job and discussed the repair in earnest. Luckily they were working near my home and he said they d try to get by that same day to inspect and repair the vent boot that became dislodged. Our roof is very steep. In a matter of hours 4 men had ladders on the house and were maneuvering with ropes and tools all over the roof. Within an hour it was all completed. I can t say enough about the crew, Ryan and the job done. Communication was impeccable and we Will only work with him in the future.
