Did competent work, generally. Dug up front lawn, replaced plastic piping with PEX. Got water service restored, came back after weekend and replaced broken bib on front of the house, backfilled trench and seeded area. Cost was half again what Wehby estimated, so if you have bags of money, this company will do ok. Next time I'll take Angie's advice.
