The only reason why is I have an import, it's just a Volvo, but I mean it came recommended and my first experience again was good, they're pricey, because they use the fact that they run imports to jack up the price.  I needed an engine and it was fine but this time when I brought it for work, they ordered parts that I didn't authorize and doubled the bill which I refused to pay.  We're still talking about it, I paid them $350, that's about it, that's all they're going to get if they don't fix these bills.  They could take me to court if they want.  I try to show good faith even though they act like it's my fault and annoyed with me because they said they should have never gave me the car.  I said well you should have never put the parts in there.  Nobody told you to put Volvo parts, so anyway I gave him $350 and the bills not right and they haven't contacted me, about two weeks of me not talking to them and I'm not chasing them, let them take me to court.  I was there in the Summer, August-September.  When you have a car that you own, that's your car.  If you want to put in inferior products or second hand products or non factory, or dealership products and parts and things like, not refurbished but like, not refurbished,  after market they call them.  That's your choice, that's your right, because that's your car.  I brought my car in just for heads and they changed the antifreeze, they changed the timing belt, and I don't know if they changed the timing belt because the mechanic didn't even know he changed the timing belt and so I'm not paying for the timing belt.  They said they did but the mechanic don't know if he did or not.  They changed my antifreeze, they charged me $70 a gallon for it, for blue antifreeze, even though I left them antifreeze, I left them parts and they ripped out my old parts and put in Volvo parts.  I mean granted they did technically a great job, I mean to make the engine work but I didn't authorize that.  It made a $1000 job into a $2000 and I'm not paying it because I didn't authorize it, there's no signature on the work order or nothing.  They took it upon themselves to put factory parts without being authorized.  If I want to ruin my car it's my prerogative and I wasn't ruining my car, I was putting cheaper aftermarket products on it.  So with all that said, you fill in the blanks.  The reason they got all F's is because they look at me, and they look at me as if I'm the bad guy, they tell me we shouldn't have gave me this car, and I'm like, what?  They're blaming me for there mistakes.  That's what's going on when they did things without my approval and they know now that I have new parts in there but if they want to come take it out, they can pay a third party mechanic to take that out and put in my old parts, that's up to them but I'm not paying for that either.  Nobody told them to put their parts in there.  They still have attitude, they still blame me and say like it's my fault, when I'm the customer.  No, I won't use them in the future, they won't use me, even if I wanted to, they won't use me.  If I went back I wouldn't trust them and if something else happened and I had to take it to them now, they'll never give me my car, they'll hold my car hostage so I'll never bring it to them again. 

Don't take your car there unless you don't mind spending much more than may be necessary.

I bought my car from Global. It was a wonderful experience. I am certain they will be the only place I buy any future cars from. You can't put a price on good service!
