We bought a house from Tiffany in 2011 and could not be happier with the work she did in finding us a home and completing the sale.  Most realtors are not heard from after the sale and move in.  Not Tiffany.  They treat you like family and you are a part of theirs after the sale and beyond.  Consistent communication throughout the year and then you are invited to their home every year for food trucks and fun at their expense!  Who does that ?  I am retired from a fortune 50 company and I would hire anyone from the Fykes group at our company.  They know how to run a great business.We are in the process of looking for a house and are once again working with their group.  Don't look anywhere else just go to Fykes.  You will be delighted that you did!

My wife and I worked with Fykes realtor John Griffith to purchase our first starter home in Spring Hill TN in early 2016. They were very educational, walked us through what you do to create the best bid on a home, how to best get the attention of the seller. They helped us understand the value propositions in different neighborhoods in the area we were looking for. With it being our first home, and the ultimate goal being that we wanted to eventually upgrade and turn our home into a rental property, they helped us navigate the intersection of buying a home first but wanting an investment property as well. They helped us find a beautiful home that we currently love, but are confident will grow as an investment at the top of the market and will be a great supplemental income rental property for us in a few years. They are truly a family business with a culture and core values that shine throughout each of the home buying stages. I wouldn't recommend anyone else as your Real Estate Broker. I know the Fykes personally and they have more combined expert experience in real estate law, home flipping, property management, and the Greater Nashville market than any of the major Brokers I spoke to when looking for an agent.
