I called the phone number listed and left a message for Jeff. I never received a return phone call. Unsatisfactory.

This is the second time I have used the company. I am especially pleased that Jeffrey is an arborist and that he knows what each bush/plant/tree is, and will tell you what should be done to keep the plant healthy. He also can recommend what will thrive in a certain area of the yard, based on sun, water, etc. I will use this company again and recommend them to my neighbors. I thought the price was very reasonable for the amount of work performed.

Prices were extremely reasonable, extremely nice, was on time, very neat, he also came the first time on the weekend which are not the normal hours.

On this particular job he came by, gave the me the estimate for the job, emailed back and forth with me to set up a date, and came by as agreed.

Other companies wanted to prune immediately. Full circles advice most closely matched advice from the state agricultural extension service.

Waited longer than I would have preferred but was warned on the front end that it would be 3 - 4 weeks before they could do the work. I think it was 5 weeks before they made it. Did a great job with everything. I was especially impressed with the trim job they did on a large, older maple tree next to my house. Although they removed parts of several limbs hanging over my house and deck, the tree still looks great and definitely looks like someone knew what they were doing.

I had a black walnut tree that was about 75 feet tall that was growing on a hill outside my bedroom. A limb broke off one day and upon examination we realized the tree was diseased and if it fell it would land on our house. A wind shear came through our neighborhood a week later and luckily did not take the tree down. As hurricane Issac approached we decided not to wait and contacted several tree services in the area. We received 3 quotes from $1800 - $1250. We had already made a decision on another company when Full Circle returned our call. Their estimate was the lowest but that was not the deciding factor. None of the tree services we contacted were able to do the work before Issac arrived in Nashville. Full Circle agreed to come and secure it to a nearby tree at no additional charge so that our house was protected. Today, September 6, they returned to take down the tree. They were professional and efficient. The yard was cleaned with minimal damage to the yard. Jeff even split one of the logs that we kept for a project in the backyard.

I called 3 companies for estimates. The other 2 came out the next day. Full circle emailed me and said that he was on vacation, would be back in a couple of days, he understood if i could not wait. I told him that would be fine, just come out when he got back. He did come by to give estimate, seemed like a nice guy but his estimate was $200 higher than my other 2 estimates. I know when giving estimates is kinda of tricky sometimes, so i would still call him back again if i ever needed work done, but i did not use him this time

Met with Jeff right after I had left a message for an estimate, he came out in a rain storm and gave me a quote that was excellent compared to all the others I had gotten, about a month later we scheduled for them to come out and perform the service, they were very quick and professional, cleaned up everything and the lawn looks great. I am very pleased with the work they did and their service and have told co-workers to give them a call if they need tree service.

They were really good. He was great. The price was very reasonable. I liked just about everything about him. They came on short notice for a problem that could have been dangerous. He came back when he said he would. He did a wonderful job. He was very professional, quick, perfect clean up. I could not have asked for anyone better.

I picked them because they had very good ratings. They went to cut down my tree, and once I got home they had it cut down. They did the job very quickly.

I called Full Circle on a Wednesday, over two weeks ago, for a quote on removal of small shrubs in my yard. The lady was very friendly and assured me someone would be by in "a couple of days" to review my yard and provide a quote for removal. As of the following Tuesday, I had not heard back from them. Later that day I received a call and the lady said "How big are the shrubs? Can they be removed with a shovel? If not, you will need to call XXXXXXXX to have them removed." I informed her that I didn't know what it would take to remove the shrubs and that was the reason I called them for a quote to come check it out. She was extremely nice and said she would have someone come by to look at them. Here I am on Monday, 2.5 weeks from when I first called and no one has called me back to give a quote or to even tell me to call the other guy who removes shrubs. As a matter of fact, the person they referred me to was the same guy I called last year for other work, and he never responded. I am quite frustrated, especially since this company has high reviews. If this is a job they cannot do, they should at least come review my property and tell me instead of leaving me hanging.

He did a great job. He was very nice and professional.

They did an excellent job. They took the tree down in sections from the top down and chipped it. They ground out the stump and, for an extra fee, planted grass seed where the stump had been. I watched them take the tree down and was amazed at their knowledge of the order of taking the branches down. You could tell they've done this many times. I was sure the yard would be full of sticks and sawdust from the process. When they left you wouldn't have know a tree was there. In fact, my neighbors told me when they drove into their drive they tried to figure out what was different about my front yard. They finally realized the tree was gone. I had one other estimate which was less money, but I was turned off when the other company knocked $200 off their original estimate when I said I had to look at the other estimate I had. I would have overpaid this other company if I wouldn't have mentioned other estimates. I contacted Full Circle and said I really wanted to use them even though they were more expensive. We agreed to take the tree down in January, during their slow time, to reduce the price some. It was still more than the other estimate, but I'm so glad I went with them. Sometimes, you get what you pay for.

I received Jeff's name from a neighbor at my prior residence, each time I have contacted him he has come to meet me and discuss the job and give me a written estimate immediately, and once we schedule the work to be done, he does his best with regard to his other work and weather issues to get it done promptly. I will continue to use Full Circle in the future.

It went well overall, they were professional,courteous and efficient.

Tree service said they would be out "in a day or two" to see one large storm-damaged tree, and one dead tree we want removed. We have waited 10 days now for them to appear, or at least call. As we have heard nothing from them, we will contact another service.

.I think he was courteous and they did a good job for the money. They had to get a bigger drill to do the work and I even offered to pay some of the money early and he wanted me to wait until the job was complete.

I've used them before and it was very good. I have used time in the past and they been pretty reliable on coming out and giving us quotes when we've called. Other people thought the job was too small for them to come out so we relied on them. They pretty much cleared out a whole driveway of 6 foot high shrubs in about 45 minutes and they even rooted them.

I called Jeff and we set up a date and time to meet at my home. He was ontime and friendly. He answered all my questions regarding the care of my trees. It's obvious when you talk to Jeff that he knows his stuff. He called the day before the work was to be done to let me know he was coming the next day. When I got home from work, all 11 trees were beautifully pruned just as I had asked. My yard was spotless and all debris had been removed. I highly recommend Jeff and Full Circle. I won't use anyone else.

Jeff came out to give me a quote and arrived when expected. His quote was competitive with other quotes that I received for the tree removal and pruning, which was my primary goal. He and his crew arrived on the scheduled date and performed the services that day. They were quick and did an excellent job. There was no damage to my turf in any way. Jeff was also able to help me by suggesting specific native plants/shrubs/bushes for me to consider to replace the yews that were removed. He gave me a number of possibilities and pros and cons of some plants that I was considering. Overall it was a very good experience.

He was fast and he was fair. I was able to negotiate with him on a price. I really liked him.

In September 2011, Jeff was prompt, courteous, and friendly in responding to my call for an estimate. He scheduled our appointment within a week or so and was very considerate of our availability. In fact, he and his crew came out in the rain to perform the work. They worked quickly and efficiently. All were very friendly and polite to us. What I also liked was how happy Jeff was during his work, whistling while hanging from very tall trees. It's rare to see someone who clearly loves his work so much! In spring/summer 2012, we were disappointed that he didn't at least call to advise he would not be keeping his appointment. Katie from the company was very courteous and returned our calls promptly.

They were very good. I was very pleased. He gave me a reasonable estimate and they had time so they came out a week before they were supposed to. They cleaned everything up and took it away. They were very polite.

I called Jeff Bergman, the owner of the company, to come over and discuss some trees I was concerned about. We talked about the possibility of trimming or removal for each tree. His expertise and knowledge helped me make my decision about what I finally had his company do. When he arrived with his crew, they went right to work and did an efficient, professional job. I got exactly what I wanted and could not have been more pleased. When I got home, the yard was clean and the trees looked beautiful. I will not hesitate to call him again, the next time I need tree work done.
