FULL CIRCLE TREE AND & SHRUB, LLC

We share a front yard with our neighbors. Full Circle removed a huge Bradford pear tree from our yard and a large maple tree and another smaller Bradford pear tree from the neighbor's yard. Several large branches were removed from a large oak tree in our backyard and a maple tree in the neighbor's yard. A nice maple and a small evergreen were planted in place of the 3 trees removed. The work was done carefully with no damage to our properties. This company knows what it is doing. This is the second time we have used Full Circle. There was one mishap when a trailer slipped backwards and rolled into another neighbors yard and knocked over the mailbox. Full Circle immediately talked to the neighbor about the problem and came back the next day to fix the mailbox and minor damage to the yard. We were very impressed with this customer service. A few days after the trees were removed the sub-contractor ground out the tree stumps. The cable line for our neighbors was cut at this time but it was not the sub-contractor's fault. Comcast did not correctly mark where the cable was buried. We will definitely use Full Circle Tree & Shrub again if we need other work done.

I found them on Angie’s List about three years ago. They’ve been back since then. They are a little bit more expensive for what we have them do then. What they were doing other people will do for less but what they were doing was not tree surgery. In fact, my church had them come out and do some tree trimming at my recommendation.

Jeff was very responsive to provide an estimate of the work we wanted done. We had several trees that had been planted too close to the house and that were growing into the power lines that we needed cut down. It did take about 6 weeks for them to do the work at our house because they were very busy when we called to schedule the work, but that was not a problem for us. The crew got right to work when they arrived and had everything done in about 4 hours. We did ask them to do some additional work along the back fence row cleaning out dead limbs and removing a brush pile that was there when we purchased the house, and we had a couple of trees cut down rather than having them trimmed as in the original estimate. This, of course, did change the original estimate, but the cost was still very reasonable. The stump grinder came out that afternoon and took care of the stumps. We were very pleased with the services of Full Circle. The crew was professional, friendly and thorough. They cleaned up the yard very well when they completed the work. I would highly recommend Full Circle and would definitely use their services again.

Jeff came to give us an estimate and our name was put in the lineup for work to be done. He was ready the week that he estimated he could do our job. We were pleased with the care that he took with our property, his honesty in telling us what needed to be done, and his overall desire to work with us to address our concerns about the trees close to our home and options to thin some rather than remove all of them so as to maintain our desired landscaping. Jeff worked diligently alongside his crew and we have absolutely nothing to complain about! This was a great experience we will use Full Circle again as the need arrises.

Full Circle gets an A+ from me on responsiveness and price. Of all the tree companies I contacted about installing a new tree, they were by far the most responsive - they left a quote for the work on the same day I called, and very quickly located and priced the particular tree I wanted. Their price was the best of all quotes I received. On the day they worked, they agreed to also move a smaller six foot tree for me, which was not part of our original agreement, and they did so quickly and for a reasonable price. I appreciated the flexibility. They work very hard and very quickly. However, there were a few surprises that would make me hesitant to hire them again: - We had agreed to meet at my house at a specific time. They showed up half an hour early. Their office did call immediately to let me know that they were already on site because they had finished a previous job earlier. My neighbor called shortly after to let me know that there were strangers going in and out of my fenced backyard with a large tree, and did I know about this? I asked her to ask them to please wait for me, and I was on my way. - I rushed home as quickly as possible, hoping they had not yet started installing the tree without my approval of placement. They had not, but when I arrived, they seemed slightly irritated that they'd had to wait. - I was informed at this time that they had broken a couple of our patio pavers when they tried to drive their equipment across the patio. They told me they had not been able to get in the back gate because it was locked, and seemed irritated about this as well. Had I been there, I could have unlocked it for them, but again, they were there earlier than expected. The next question seemed very odd to me: "Do you want to just replace those yourself, or do you want us to do it?" My first reaction was that they should be responsible for fixing what they had broken, but on second thought I decided I'd rather do it ourselves than have to worry about them showing up at an unscheduled time again. They did knock a little of our final bill for the cost of the pavers. - I noticed that they were consistently leaving our gates open as they went in and out. Not a big deal for those who don't have pets or who keep their pets inside, as we do, but it's worth mentioning if you have dogs in your fenced backyard and won't be present for the work. - They did not seem to take great care in placing the trees. On both counts, I had to ask that the trees be rotated so that the more attractive side would be facing outward. With the tree they transplanted, they suggested one reason it had not been growing well was that it was planted too deep (which was an excellent point that hadn't occurred to me). But when they transplanted it, they initially placed it deep in the new hole. I asked them to lift it and put in more dirt to raise it a bit, which they did. To be fair, some of this (such as showing up early when I'm not home and leaving gates open) would not matter at all in some cases or to some customers. For example, if you just need a tree taken out or trimmed, it's not in a fenced yard and/or you have no pets to be concerned with, and no discussion about the job is necessary, they would be a great choice. Again, they work very quickly and their price was extremely fair. Tree installation is most likely not something they do as often as trimming and removal, and I appreciate that they were willing to do it for us. So, keep in mind that I am rating them on something that is probably not their primary area of specialty. Both trees are doing very well, and they were careful to advise us about keeping them watered going into the summer.

Jeff was easy to work with and his knowledge of trees was very helpful as we thought about trimming the birch tree instead of replacing it. Jeff guided us to make the decision to remove the birch tree since it would only get much larger and cause more problems down the road. His recommendation with the replacement dogwood was also helpful as he tried to choose a tree that would be good in the long term for our home. Jeff was always on time and returned my calls promptly. Excellent experience.

I am glad that I got Full Circle down here. They did really an excellent job.

I called yesterday and spoke with Meghan to set up an appointment. Mr. Bergman came early this morning, gave me an estimate, and said he would contact Meghan to schedule the service. I was so pleasantly surprised to find all the work completed, even Pine needles were gone, when I returned from an appointment. Very professional, punctual, and thoroughly completed work. I highly recommend Mr. Bergman.

They were friendly, professional, knowledgeable and they performed quality work. You may have to wait a little longer, as they are a small operation, but it's definitely worth the wait.

Cut up a fallen tree AND repaired my fence at no charge to keep my dog in the yard. I have used Full Circle 3 times. They always have the best price, are thoroughly professional, kind, and generous. Jeff, the owner, is a certified arborist who knows what he is doing (and I am picky about my trees!). They do a great job AND clean up!

They did a very nice job on the removal. Excellent price. In addition he gave me some recommendations on what to do with some of my older trees that he saw issues with when he gave the estimate. I would use them again

This company is first-rate! They were prompt with their estimate and the person who gave the estimate was very knowledgeable. It took awhile to actually get the work done due to the bad weather in the Nashville area that required a good deal of emergency work by Elm Hill. However, they gave me updates by phone and apologized for the delay. The actual day they came to do the work, they were fast and VERY neat. I highly recommend them.

Just like the last time I worked with Full Circle, it went perfectly, They arrived at around 8 AM and proceeded to efficiently and carefully remove these 5 trees. By the end of the day, the trees were gone and the yard was clean and raked. It could not have gone better. These are competent, friendly professionals who obviously enjoy their work.

Full Circle was by far the best tree service I've used. Jeff has a great knowledge of trees and was extremely helpful in providing suggestions on tough decisions. The crew was fast and friendly and knew exactly what they were doing. One of the trees we had trimmed was a huge Magnolia. These trees are difficult to trim properly because their leaves grow on the outside and trimming can cause unsightly holes. The Full Circle crew were able to shape and trim it without any visible loss in it's outer layer of leaves! The large tree we had taken down had power cables on two sides. Again their expertise was apparent in how carefully they removed the tree from such a tight location. I will definitely use them for any future tree needs I have!

I was amazed at how quickly someone responded to solve my immediate problem. He was friendly, courteous and quick. They were able to fit me in the very next day to finish the job. I would absolutely use them again.

Jeff came out to look at the project within a few days of the request. This was refreshing since several other companies did not even respond to our initial contact. It did take almost 4 weeks from the date of the estimate for the work to be done but were told it would be that long. Jeff and the work crew arrived on the day scheduled and were very professional and efficient. Clean up was excellent.

Called for estimate 2 months ago. Jeff completed estimate within 24 hours which was faster than expected. Also his price was reasonable - about half as much as other estimates I had received. Work was completed as promised. Since it took less time than expected, Jeff took some money off of the final price which was a nice thing to do. Would definitely use them again.

We called to have a quote for a tree cut down in our front yard. Jeff was very responsive and came the next day to give us a quote on the tree. He was extremely professional and explained our situation. We haven't had the tree done yet, but plan to do so when we can and plan to use Full Circle because of the responsiveness, competitve rates, and professionalism of Jeff and his team.

Full Circle is professional and great to work with. I've used them twice now. They were very prompt, ded all of the work that they agreed to, and removed all of the limbs and debree from the property. I would definitely use them again.
