There were problems after they left. Furniture and accessories moved to undamaged rooms were  not replaced, leaving me to move and reshelf boxes of books, etc.  Also, in taking down a pair of folding doors, they broke one door. The doors were painted. Theyreplaced the broken one with a white door.  Replacing both with white would have worked,  matching the paint and repainting would have worked. Leaving me with one colored and one white door (in a pair) does not work.    In fairness they dried the building and treated the mold that was in one area. They responded quickly.  I just think the final "cleanup" was not complete.   Also, the project took over a week. They would give me an arrival time, and arrive hours later or not at all.  A phone call postponing would have allowed me to go to work rather than chaining me here, waiting for them..  On balance, they did dry the flooded premises, but they were not easy to work with, and they left me with a mess after they were "finished."
