I called the next day and after calling several times because rep was out and assistant wasnt returning calls, I finally was told that it would take at least 2 weeks to get showerhead.  The point of us shopping at Ferguson and pay premium was to expedite delivery.  After several more calls we were told the showerhead would be replaced with another one (probably cheaper but we got it for even exchange).  The 3 day delivery took 4 because truck was misrouted.  Why I dont know, because weather wasnt an issue.  Finally after 4 days late on Friday, the contractor was able to track them down to be told to pick it up at warehouse.
I would not recommend shopping at Ferguson.  Internet companies are quicker and deliver in 2 days.

We purchased lighting for our home renovation from Ferguson's on Powell Dr. In April this year. The very next day I realized that one of the fans would be too large and called to cancel that part of the order. I left several voice mail messages as well as email messages to the sales person who assisted us. Several days later she returned my call and told me that she had received my messages and had canceled the fan order. The remainder of my order was to arrive 2 weeks later, several weeks before we were to move into our home, plenty of time for the electrician to get them installed. Unfortunately, 3 weeks later we were told that the lights and fans would not be arriving until a month later than our move in date. I immediately called and of course did not get through, but left a message which was never returned. I went to the store in person to discuss the situation with Leanne, the sales person, who told me that the order was still not in ( of course) and could be cancelled and my money returned. Never once did any one tell me that there would be a restocking fee for an order that never arrived, but when I finally got my refund check two months and multiple email requests later, the check was short several hundred dollars. The explanation that I received was that there was a 25% restocking fee........FOR WHAT???? I am still waiting to get an itemized list of what Ferguson's claims was restocked, since I was told by Leanne that the order was cancelled before it had been delivered to the warehouse.
I would encourage anyone looking for new lighting to avoid this place at all costs!! We finally found some beautiful high quality lights at Hermitage Lighting Gallery on Lafayette street in Nashville and have had nothing but excellent, responsive service from them!! They even allowed me to return a light fixture that I changed my mind on, no questions asked!!!
