"This matter has been reviewed and resolved through the BBB. The Customer was given an estimate for the additional work and refused to have it done. We still continued to work with his insurance company to have them pay for the additional work, finally to have them agree to provide funds for the additional labor and material. The Customer was instructed to call us once paperwork and payments were recieved and we would have a crew out to do additional work. We have yet to hear from the Customer as to whether or not he has recieved anything. As far as materials used on the Customer home we installed GAF/ELK Sovereign Series Shingles. As far as the quality of GAF/ELK they have manufactured shingles in the United States for over 125 years. Any questions as to there quality can be adressed through www.gaf.com. We understand the frustration of the Customer and would like to do his additional work, but what he is wanting is at a cost that he is unwilling to pay and we have gone above and beyond working with his insurance company to get it covered. At this point there is not much more we can do till the Customer agrees to pay for the additional work or he recieves the insurance payment that will cover the additional work. In April the Customer posted to Angies List that he was satisfied as we completed the work that was described and paid for (to which the Customer is still making payments). Please when reviewing this complaint also see the BBB report as they have investigated and commented. Thank You."
