LaShonda Jones is AMAZING! We needed to sell our home in Antioch very quickly, as we had to move out of state in early June. We knew the sale would be difficult with the economy like it is and with so many people having a low opinion of Antioch. We listed at the start of April, and by the start of May, we had accepted an offer, even after the tax credit had expired. LaShonda was responsive to all my requests, and she was always quick to respond. She worked nonstop pounding the pavement to get our place sold, and it obviously paid off. We keep reading about homesales that are in the toilet, and everyone was absolutely shocked that our sale went so fast when others have had their homes on the market for months! LaShonda is truly amazing, an absolute gem of an agent with a great personality and sense of humor. If I still lived in Nashville, I'd buy another home just so I could sell it with her (ok, maybe not really, but you get the point - she's awesome!!!)
