Windows were delivered late.  Initially the quality looked good but in less than a year the "stops" (trim) around the outside started coming loose.  I called the company repeatedly and they finally sent someone out to repair them.  Again, in less than a year after that the material started coming loose again.  I've called repeatedly and they will not return phone calls.  Staff is very rude post-installation.  I would not recommend using them.

They should fix damages when they do something wrong and I should not have to call. I had issues with team that came the first time but I liked the ones that came yesterday.

We had broken the glass in one of the doors from an antique cabinet - and had gotten quotes averaging around $250 to replace the glass and reinstall it.  Also - the quotes were that it could be a month to get it repaired.
A friend mentioned Evans Glass - and I'm so glad she did.
We brought in the door, as well as the other door with the original glass to they could match it.  We got a quote of $40 and they said it would be ready in a few days.
DAYS!
When it was completed, we went to pick it up.  It was perfect...and they only charged us $15.
I was amazed.  The people were so friendly and helpful - we will definitely be using Evans Glass. Highly recommended!!

I contacted the office originally and got an 'in town' estimate of 250 for a framed glass shower door with side panel re-install.  When I contacted them to set up the appt it jumped to 385 ( I live slightly out of Nashville proper)but I needed it done and trusted their reputation for a job well done. In hindsight I should have done a little more research.
The installers who came to my house were on time, and they were driving the signature pink truck, but other than that and one of them wearing an Evans Glass T-shirt, they had no identification, nor did they introduce themselves by name.  They went in and identified that the shower door had been installed incorrectly to begin with, which explained why it leaked before.  Having made that statement, I felt confident that they were going to correct the situation.  They were at my house for not more than an hour.  When they were caulking the door I asked if the leaking problem had been remedied- and he said- 'oh no, it will still leak, we couldn't install it the right way'.  It seems to me that a business would want to do the job right, and I was extremely disappointed that the installers did not explain to me before the thing was all caulked up, that it would still leak and  identify what, if any, options I had to correct it.  I understand that to find the part I needed would be impossible, without replacing the shower door, and that they had driven to my house to re- install the door and that is what they did but this is a company that sells shower doors.  In my opinion they could have done a couple things:  given me the chance to say, ok, don't install and just charge me for gas,  or give me a credit towards a new shower door that they could install, at least let me, the consumer make an informed decision.
I contacted the company to convey my disappointment in the handling of the situation and was told a note would go on the install manager's desk and he would contact me.  He never did.
To their credit:
The install was good, other than the fact the door still leaks.
So, in summary,
The employees had no personal identification (the truck you drive doesn't count for me), did not introduce themselves.
They identified a problem and didn't give me a choice on what to do with it- only to pay 385 for a leaky shower door re- install.
They have been unresponsive in dealing with my concerns.
I felt they were overpriced considering the labor time was less than an hour and materials were nothing- the trip charge must have been from out of state.

A representative came out to my house to take a look at the window and within days, she returned to my house with a new piece, installed it, and voila! Very smooth transaction with polite and professional crew.

This was a remodel of a 1985 condominium. We totally gutted the master bath where this work took place. We had a general contractor who provided us with names of several glass companies, and we visited 3 or 4 of them. The selection of the company to do the work was totally up to us. We chose Evans after shopping several other companies because of their friendliness, reputation and professionalism. They did an outstanding job. We did have one glitch, and that had to do with the construction of the glass for the shower. We had seen pictures in magazines, etc. of showers that were frameless, and this is what we wanted. After getting an estimate from Evans for this style of shower and being told that it could be done, they changed the design to include a thin frame for the sake of safety. We were disappointed, but our contractor agreed with them, so we accepted the change. How can you argue with the professionals when they tell you it's a safety issue? It turned out to be a beautiful installation and the mirror installation went perfectly. I would definitely use them again. It was a high quality job, and they contacted us to be sure we were satisfied, which was a very nice gesture. Our contractor was happy with them, too. They said that their customers usually chose Evans Glass, so they had lots of experience with them.

He did not come quickly. It was a few days before he showed up. He later came out and looked at my windows to give me a price. He answered my questions even though I didn?t really like it. He was pleasant, but was wrong in his thought process. I wouldn?t recommend him.
Response from EVANS GLASS COMPANY
"We have searched our accounting files for the past 2 years and have not found a file with this members name or address. Neither his name or address appears in any of our Outlook calendars. We also looked at each work order for the past 2 years and neither his name or address was found on any work order. We have no record of this customer and ask you to keep that in mind as you review our ratings and reports."

They were very professional, attention to detail is unbelievable. People have mentioned the bathrooms having the "wow" factor when they walk in. I can't say enough good about them.

Evans was very responsive, professional, and customer friendly. I would have liked a closer cut on the glass sections. However, I was just thankful to find a company that did this at all, and the price wasn't too bad considering the sections had to be custom cut to fit.

Although Evan's took all day, they did a very good job. They were respectful of our home and did a lot of work for a little pay. I would recommend them for anyone needing work done.

Evans Glass Company was very professional. They did a good job, and I was pleased with the way they cleaned up after themselves. Everything looked great after they left.

They had one of the best bids for this job. They were on time and did a good quality job. The workers were very courteous. They didn't have the lowest price, but we think they were the best in quality.
