Sandy and her team did a great job. They were in communication and let me know they’d had an emergency, then came and worked late to finish. New go to cleaning service.

Ms. Sandy was ok but somebody in her crew took some gold dollars and fifty-cent pieces I had sitting on my nightstand. The coins were there when I left for work and gone when I returned home. I missed them days after they had left. I told Ms. Sandy about it. Also after they cleaned my oven it stopped cycling on and off, I also told Ms. Sandy about that. In my personal opinion, I wish I had used another crew. I only want other people to know my experience with them. I would recommend no one to use them if you do watch them. Make sure you check their work before they leave. Good luck. Anyone who used them without issue I am happy for you, but that was not my experience and I will never use them again I told Ms. Sandy that as well.

ESF has been to our house twice. The initial visit was the first deep clean and WOW! The place looked and smelled awesome. They brought all their own supplies, and did a fantastic job. Second time was just as professionally done. Nice gals, good workers, and Sandy is great to work with. I would recommend them!

We were highly disappointed in our experience with ESF Janitorial and Ms. Cross s response to our concerns. We recently moved out of our home of 23 years. After moving, we had some renovations done including wood floor refinishing. At that point, we were tired and ready to pay someone else to step in and do the final cleaning before the house went on the market. We met with Ms. Cross and she assured us that her skills, techniques, and equipment would result in a sparkling clean home. Her presentation was quite professional as she named off projects that her team had worked on. Plus, she had an opening the next day! As a result, though her price was higher than we had seen as an average for a move-out cleaning, we booked her without getting additional quotes. She said they would begin around 8:00 the next morning. Having not heard from her by 4:30, I finally called her. She sounded exhausted and in a flurry. We went to the house around 6:00 but she asked us to wait outside until they finished. I immediately knew something was wrong when I found a paint stain on the newly refinished floor of the first room. My husband and I had inspected that room the night before as another worker was finishing up and there was no paint stain on the floor. My head started spinning a bit but I thought surely there was a logical explanation and I would let it go and address it myself later. Honestly, the rest of the house looked fine in the dimness of the house lights at night. I did notice some drawers that were still dirty (although I had specifically asked that they be cleaned thoroughly--one of my pet peeves) and the kitchen countertops seemed sticky and still had dirt on them. We paid her fee of $650.00. The real surprise came the next day when I saw the house in daylight. There were not only paint stains on the wood floor of the library (which luckily I was able to get off with Goof-off) but there were also dozens of scratches. Most of the scratches were not deep but they were spaced in a pattern so that you could tell they were made by a piece of equipment. The scratches were in our family room, library, kitchen, and butler's pantry. It was obvious that someone was hurriedly working and not paying attention to what they were doing or they would have seen them. At least two walls had not been dusted from the floor refinishing. The inside of some of the the windows were not cleaned even though I had requested that. When my realtor saw my refrigerator, she asked me to clean it again. When the sunlight hit the wood cabinets in the kitchen, there were still stains and dirt. I was so disappointed as I knew I would have to clean them all again. I sent Ms. Cross a picture and she called me. She asked what she could do to address my concerns. Honestly, I did not want her or her crew back in my home without supervision and I certainly did not have time to monitor their work. As a business woman, Ms. Cross should have offered a financial settlement for such clearly insufficient work but she made no such offer.
