Newborn photos

Erin did an exceptional job again! We have beautiful photos that truly show our daughter's character and beauty. We ordered a disk containing the photos and ordered hard copy prints of some of them. The hard copy prints and the digital images are just beautiful. We recommend Erin in the very highest terms.

Erin took absolutely beautiful photos of our 4-week old. She was professional in all respects. We will be using her again at 6 months and one year to photograph our daughter again. We cannot say enough good things about her and her photos.

Erin has actually photographed my boys twice and done family pictures once. Both boys have gone through the and quot;fake smileand quot; stage and I am always suprised (and relieved) when I see the final result. Even when I didn't think they are co-operating, she still seems to deliver great pictures. Erin is always smiling and willing to go the extra mile to get good pictures. We've all bought outfits and taken our children to a studio only to have them cry and not co-operate. There, a certain amount of shots were taken and that's what you had to pick from. With Erin, her camera was clicking constantly and she chased them to get some shots! In the end, we got great pictures of our kids that really captured what they were like at that age, not just a posed photo with generic props I didn't care for in the background . I ended up getting a coffee table book of our family session and I love it! I would love to have one every year to chronicle how they have changed and capture forever how precious they are. She even designed it so it told a story of our day, ending with the only photo they had requested....we were on a train track in some, so before we left they had to have one of them laying on the track! I wish I could post it here, because the joy on their faces tells it all.

This was the second time we used Erin because we loved her so much the first time. These pictures were especially important because they were the first portraits we would have of our son. Newborn photography seems difficult because of everything that goes into it; the baby has to be asleep, the baby has to be full, the baby has to be dry, and then there is the posing...Erin was so patient with our little one. She didn't rush and gave us plenty of time. It was also clear to us that she is a natural with babies and loves capturing their little moments on film. I also liked that she sent out a list of suggestions for the shoot so that everything would go as smoothly as possible (suggestions that I would never, ever think to do before the shoot...like not putting anything elastic or tight on him so that there wouldn't be any red marks on his skin). Like I said, her backdrops and props are amazing; her theme for our shoot was "creamy, dreamy," and the pictures turned out beautifully. She also gave us a sneak peak of our pictures on her blog before she was done editing the entire shoot. We had such a good time with Erin, she was a joy to work with and so creative. I cannot believe she got the pictures that she got. You can tell that she loves her job and puts all of her heart into it.
