EQUIPMENT INSTALLATION AND SERIVCE

After being shafted by my general contractor, these guys were the only subs that didn't refuse to work with me. Their professionalism is beyond reproach. On top of that, they did a fantastic job, starting from scratch. Will definitely be using them in the future. Recommend very highly.

It took a couple calls and callbacks to get my estimate from Don, but when he came in at $325 for this fairly complex and time consuming install, I decided that was a fair price and asked him to come take care of it. I am glad I did, he was great to work with.

Don was flexible enough to work around my tough schedule schedule and got the job done on time. After he left I went under the house to inspect the job and am glad I did - the humidifier was leaking water into the crawl space. This was occruing because it was installed at too great an angle. If I hadn't crawled under the house, I probably would not have known about the problem until I got my water bill by which time I would have had a very damp crawlspace. Needless to say I was disappointed. When I called Don he was extremely apologetic and rushed back to correct the situation. He re-insallled the humidifier at the correct angle and it has been working great ever since.

Because of the incorrect initial installation I can't give Don a perfect score, but his response when I reported the issue was great, he was great to work with and his price was fair, so I would use him again for HVAC services.

One thing to note, he has moved shop to the suburbs and is no longer local to West Nashville. I may try someone more local next time.

Work went fine from start to finish. Old equipment was removed and new equipment install and work great.

Great timing, found the problem fast, got the parts and was back to fix things fast. I appreciated the chance to ask questions and learn about my system. Definitely planning to do my annual service with EIand S.

They are a very good company. They were punctual, they had a professional appearance, they cleaned up the area when they were done, and they seemed to know exactly what they were doing and how to get it done. I would use them again.
