Nick returned my call promptly and scheduled a time and arrived at the agreed time. He got to work promptly and finished about 4 hours later. He gave us an accurate estimate of price and time for the job. He spent about 2 hours per unit and did the most complete seasonal maintenance I have ever had. I have had my unit "serviced" twice a year by one of those large name brand companies since I had it installed and will never go back to having a "service contract." I work for a home warranty company and I have seen so many (easily avoidable) issues that come about because of lack of maintenance (which is not covered by the warranty). Nick is worth his weight in gold!
