ENVIRO-SCAPES LANDSCAPING

The initial planting was not done properly. The existing beds were to be redone with good soil and mulch. They were not. The plants were not healthy to start with and when I mentioned it I was told they looked that way because they were just planted and to give them a year because I had a year's warranty. When I called a year later and told  EnviroScape that most of the plants had died or were dying, they did send someone to assess the situation,(and they agreed everything needed to be redone), but I finally had to get the Better Business Bureau involved to get EnviroScapes to honor their warranty.

Once sod was assessed, we were told they would get in touch with us to let us know the plan. For four weeks, did not respond to phone calls placed by us for an update and when we did call, the person who answered the phone was very rude. The owner of the business has not once in nine weeks, come out to meet with us; he sends employees to speak with us. WOULD ADVISE TO STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY...IF YOU HAVE PROBLEMS; THEY DO NOT WORK WITH YOU TO RESOLVE.

She came out to do the plan and that was 150 dollars but all the money was refunded because we did not use them on the actual job. We had to abandon the job because we realized we were not going to get what we needed. If they come out and suggest a plan and you do not agree with it, they do not discuss the plan, you have to take what they say. They do not make changes or they threaten to raise the price. They will do what they think you should have at your house and are not willing to discuss what you request They are threatening to charge you more if you ask questions or email them about some products they want to put in your landscape. They sent a plan that looked like our 8 year old grandson drew it, it was very unprofessional. We waited months for them to call and come. She came on time for the first meeting. She didn't want to deal with me because I didn't like everything she had or that she was doing. We had the plan but never did the job. We were very disappointed in every facet with them. The professionalism was non existent, rude threatening letters, and argumentative. They are part of our community so we are locked in again to using them for their lawncare which they messed up also by burning a big hole in our yard. We would never use them again for landscape planning.

Enviro-Scapes Landscaping was recommended to me and I called them saying I needed them at a certain date. They came on time and did an excellent job. I used another service for the previous two years and was very unhappy. I very much like Enviro-Scapes.
