Duct Boyz

Crew was scheduled to arrive between 12.00 and 3.00 but arrived after 3.00.  The crew arrived and finished so late that I did not have time to check the work or do the math on the invoice because I had to pick up kids. When I returned, I discovered dirt and debris around and in the vents and ductwork.  My laundry room had dryer lint all over one of the walls.  I left a message on the Duct Boyz toll-free and 615 area code numbers, stating my dissatisfaction and indicating that I planned to stop payment on the check.  I received a call the next business day from someone who took notes on my complaint and had a supervisor call me back.  I repeated my complaints to the supervisor, and he scheduled a time to come out and inspect the work done.  Supervisor did not show up or call.  In the meantime, my bank paid the check.  Since then, my phone calls and e-mails to Duct Boyz have gone unanswered.  I have
since discovered that, due to an addition error on the invoice, I paid even more than the sum total of the ?services provided.?  In short, the Duct Boyz crew arrived late, made a huge mess, failed to do what they were hired to do and overcharged me.
