Drycon Carpet Cleaner Inc

Many, many times no one was in the office. I had to move the rugs myself to one of their trucks. I never heard from them. I had to call them to find out about my rugs, and then they told me they couldn't clean one of them. The office was sort of scary. Barking dogs, cigarette smoke, a mess.

I selected Drycon from the list because the address was near my home. Apparently their address has changed but the phone number is the same. Gary let me chose the time he would come. He did a good job with a quiet, shampooing machine and spray. He removed various spots from the carpets where possible. He was punctual, courteous and most helpful. I didn't have time to gather quotations but his rates sounded very reasonable. He did a good job.

This is the second time we have used this company to clean our carpets. He was prompt for our appointment. He worked very hard, but took time to answer my questions about how to keep the carpet clean between his visits. In our hallway we had dirt tracked in when we had some tile work done and he was able to remove all of the spots. He was courteous, personable, knowledgeable, and honest, and I would recommend him to anyone I know for carpet and upholstery cleaning.

Drycon Carpet did acceptable work. We were pleased with the service provided. The estimated price and the final price were pretty close.

I decided to use Drycon, because I received a coupon in the mail. They were easy to contact on the phone and were able to come out within a weeks time. Drycon arrived on time as well. I was very pleased with the work they did.
