Diamond Movers

I called Diamond Movers several weeks prior to moving my elderly father from Ohio to Tennessee in order to schedule moving help to unload a large 26 foot UHaul truck. I left messages and eventually did reach Alex Duzak. He said he would put us on his schedule for August 4th. The week of the actual move, I called his office numerous times to try and confirm, and left messages with no return call. I finally was able to reach him August 2nd to confirm his service for August 4th. He said I was on his schedule and his men would be there. On August 4th he did not show up, nor did he bother to call and cancel. I called him several times throughout the morning but there was no answer. My husband, who has a disabling illness, my son, and I managed to unload a 26 foot UHaul truck, packed tight from top to bottom. Since we were unable to carry furniture to a second floor, we had to hire other movers to perform this service later that week. I would never recommend Diamond Movers to anyone and hope this review will prevent problems for others who may consider using them. To not notify someone that you won't be providing the service which you agreed to provide is the most unprofessional behavior in my opinion. To this day he has not returned any of my calls with any sort of explanation.
