I specialize in residential buying and selling, and am committed to making the process as comfortable and as enjoyable as possible. I am a licensed HUD agent, which expands your access to a wider selection of homes. I moved to Nashville (from San Diego) in 1996 to pursue my musical dreams, and I became a success - in Real Estate. l love this community, which I now serve as a Real Estate Broker/Agent. I know what it's like to be a first time home buyer, and am prepared to walk you through each step of the process, from your first free consultation, through the search, the inspection, all the way through closing. For those who are relocating, I will be happy to introduce you to our town, and provide you with information about everything, including schools, restaurants and other amenities. I have lived in Bellevue and Donelson, and have owned my own home in East Nashville since 2005. If you want to sell your home, I will provide a comprehensive current market analysis, staging assistance, photographs (I have extensive experience in photography) among other services. As an avid animal lover, I donate 5% of all my commissions to animal related charities, such as Walden's Puddle and the ASPCA, or to the charity of your choice.
