Craig Dooley is professional.  He kept us informed every step of the process of what to expect next.  He, the men who worked for him and the subcontractors were all courteous, considerate and excellent workmen.  My parents live with me and my mother had recently broken her hip and shoulder, Craig was always very considerate of the extra needs this presented.  The balcony he was working on is over the garage, my house is on a steep hill, and my mother could not get to the car without it being in the garage.  With the damage being in the garage also, he would have to take scaffolding down so a car could get in the garage when she needed to go somewhere.  He worked quickly to have the garage cleared for my parents car, so she and my father would not feel trapped in the house.  The work was extensive and took several weeks.  He kept the areas affected clean and picked up throughout the process.
Craig was highly recommended to me by a neighbor who had engaged his services on several occassions.  I, also, highly recommend Craig.
