Jed was punctual, professional, and responsive.  He coordinated the subcontractors, and the whole thing was effortless.  I will definitely hire him again!!

Jed and his team were professionals. They were here when he said they would be and they saw the project through--even with bitter cold temps. They put in a 10' x 20' pergola on my patio with fabric on the top to provide shade. Jed was always in communication about timing. And, what he estimated was what it cost. Will definitely use them again.

We appreciated the cooperation Jed shared with our schedules and the communication as we had several repairs. The name Creative Home Solutions sure did describe what we needed and Jed delivered, The custom fabricated downspout and flashing channel installed where two roofs met and water literally poured like a waterfall into our patio was an awesome solution. Other companies suggested a gutter running in middle of side wall to catch runoff. (which only dealt with the effect) but Jed suggested solving the problem and eliminated the cause. Next project was on the front porch roof where some boards connected to rafters for support had rotted. Jed replaced the boards and installed new flashing to prevent water from overflowing and damaging the new wood. He also replaced all exsisting gutters and added gutter guard, I had also discussed with Jed two very large overgrown Holly trees that were effecting the sidewalk and foundation. Jed removed both bushes and I was impressed that he got the stump and all with no damage to sidewalk. There was a slight rut in the yard from a pickup truck during the bush removal, Jed was quick to smooth out the yard after the bushes/trees were removed.
Yes we will use Creative Home Solutions again.

The roofing guys started around 8 am and were finished before my wife got home from work. The deck guys were great after I changed the design from steps to a ramp they said that would be no problem.

They said that they could have it all done in one day. I didn't believe they could do all that work in one day. The yard was clean and the trucks were gone before the sun went down. My neighbors said that they even apologized for all the noise that they were making.

The only it could have gone better, is if it hadn't rained.  He got started later than anticipated due to the weather.  It's nice to finally find a contractor that does what he says he is going to do.  Jed Moore's work ethic is second to none and I would gladly recommend him to anyone.  Very pleasurable experience.
