I paid for a Performance Maintenance agreement. Nathan Copeland came after hrs to tune up my furnace which I was extremely happy about. Great company and great customer service.

I asked to get my money back, and they wouldn't even think about it. They treated me very poorly. The person I dealt with was very surly and had a bad attitude. They certainly didn't make me happy and I would not recommend them.
Description of Work
They charged me $300 for a filter. The filter was the incorrect filter of the wrong size and was running very poorly. I went to the supplier and I bought the same filter for $65, and they were going to charge me $180.
