It was great.

They call before they're coming out here, they're always here when they say they're going to be, they actually provide monthly treatment, they're happy to come in and replace traps and stuff. They're very friendly, they're very customer friendly. If the dogs are out they knock on the door and say "can you take the dogs in?" For pest control it's $37 monthly.

They are always on time and careful about tracking in dirt.

Everything about them is positive. They are always on time. When I am not home when they treat the house, they leave a notice on my door with a list of things that they did.

They were very good. I wouldn't recommend them otherwise.

They are very good. We have been using them for a while. They come here all the time. We don't have to call them; they show up all the time. The person who comes out is a very pleasant gentleman. He is very competent. They give a lot of recommendations to keep the bushes and trees away from the side of the house because of the green canister. The previous owner might have used them and so we might have continued using them. They are proactive. They come on their own time. There was one time, they were schedule to come and they came the next day. We waited for around three hours. Usually, they come on their time, so we don't know if they are early or late.

They do our termite service and seem to do a good job. We have wasps around the house and they spray for that and do all that. They come quarterly for termites and spray every other month for the other critters. It is about $35 for the pests and about $85 a quarter for termites. They seem conscientious. They come out and do the checking and give us a written report each time, so we are satisfied with what they do and we think they are keeping the bugs away.

They never did a termite inspection after their first initital inspection. They were never able to get rid of spiders. They were not willing to work with a working schedule. The gentleman who came to do my treatment, all he would talk about was his other customers.

They are kind, do their job and do what I need to have done. Their quality is excellent and I will use them again in the future.

I've used them for years. The service was fine and excellent. They do a really good job. Unless it is something out of the ordinary they don't usually come in. They are very, very professional. If I have a problem, they come to my house immediately to take care of it. They have only had to do that once or twice in the last four or five years. I paid them for a year's contract. I think they are a little pricey but I am not sure.

Basically they go around the house, the porches, underneath the deck and get rid of all the spider webs. Then they spray all around the house for bugs. They replace all the sticky traps downstairs in the basement. Put out all the ant traps and check them every month and make sure everything is okay. If there is any problem I tell them and they take care of it. I highly recommend them.

We pay them monthly and we are very pleased with them. They are professional and friendly. They are consistent. The price is reasonable.

I've been using them for years. I'm trying to keep black widows and such pests at bay. I pay for an entire year for spraying and termite control. If I have a problem in between they would come out and take care of it. They have always been very responsive and very good.
