I have a very good relationship with them. They've done pest control service and termite control service for me. They have always been punctual and honest. They are a pretty good company to do business for us. They have two different services, $35 a month for pest control, $200 a year for termite control and $50 for every three months for termite control.

We had used another major company for several years and it appeared that whatever they were using was not doing the job for us. We had used Cooks at our home in Nashville and were having a great experience with them there......so we decided to give Cook's a chance here. From the first treatment until today we no longer have a problem with spiders (my big issue) or any other kinds of pest in or around our home. For me I will continue to use Cook's on a regular basis to keep the critters around my home under control. They treat our home monthly and are always on time, and the best part is everything they do is done from the exterior of the home. If we have a problem inside all we have to do is call and they come right away.

I am very impressed with them. I just started with them, and they'll be coming on a monthly basis. I like their professionalism and thoroughness. The first time they came out, they were here for over two hours. The guy was very knowledgeable, and he's been in the business for 25 plus years. I would absolutely continue to use them, because I got a contract with them.

Called, made appointment, Brandon arrived on time, did a thorough look-see inside and outside, confirmed the carpenter ant problem and then proceeded to treat it and told me what to do to prevent it going forward. He also did a thorough search for all other pests and found spiders and a wasps' nest. He resolved all these issues. He returns monthly. I like that it is the same person every month. It helps to develop a relationship.
I also signed up for termite prevention service.

They are giving me a special price because I have been using them for 45 years. They are very concerned about my welfare. I had allergies with all the stuffs that they have, so they worked with it. They have been really, really good. They seemed to be caring about my property. If there is something wrong, they will let me know. I would continue to use them as long as they really care, and they respond to my problem immediately.

The service was fine, nothing was extra good or bad. It was adequate.

They are absolutely the best. We've used other companies and this company is just wonderful. When we first moved in we had a problem with wasps. They sent a guy out with a firesuit on. We went up on a very tall ladder and got rid of all the wasps in 100 degree weather. The wasps never come back. We can call and they will come out in 10min.
