Computer Renaissance

I called to find out if they had any chargers available. They had 2. I was very happy. Got to the store and picked the one I wanted and it worked like a charm even if it was used.

It was good, the only thing wrong was, I feel that I should have been told that it did not come with a keyboard and mouse. I was given two different prices for monitors; one was $50 and $100. I chose the $50 one and only when I got home did I realize that the monitor was used.

I had problems with a computer crash, they correctly identified a bad RAM chip and fixed it. I the decided to also buy a new computer, they provided an excellent selection of custom built machines. They configured the new machine to my specifications and successfully transferred all data from the old machine. In the end I got a brand new, state-of-the-art computed with all my old data intact and a refurbished old computer with a clean drive. They also successfully installed my legal copy of office on both machines. They did all of this on schedule in two or three days

Computer Renaissance personnel called to confirm the problem and the cost and the computer was repaired the next day. I am happy with the outcome. I would use them again.

They got everything taken care of and did an outstanding job with it. They were very quick with everything and I was pleased. I would recommend them to anyone.

We first used computer renaissance last year when my husband's old PC crashed. He had many important files that he could not recover, but computer renaissance was able to save the files, and they even turned his PC hard drive into an external hard drive for him to use! They managed to complete all the work within less than one full business day!!! Several months ago we replaced that PC, but this week our home laptop contracted a virus. Computer renaissance was able to remove the virus and return the computer very quickly - excellent service!

It went great. Chuck, the technician arrived right on time, explained himself as he went along, made suggestions and gave options. In the end, he fixed my main computer so well that I had him re-do two others and get our whole house better wired for internet access for all. We're all thrilled with the work and the computers actually work better and faster than when another company first connected them. It was more expensive than I planned, but worth it.

I really do not know how to rate the cost compared to other companies, but I think it was fair. Computer Renaissance fixed my computer in a timely fashion, and everything is working well. I would go back there again if I ever needed anymore computer work

Computer Renaissance is great to work with. I find them to be very professional and always easy to get in touch with. They are usually very quick in their services. I would definitely hire them again if needed.
