I was surprised that Comp USA charges one basic rate of a hundred and twenty five bucks to repair any computer problem. Some people then make out better than others I guess. They are pleasant, but I do think they could lower their prices just a little maybe.

I'd give them high grades in all categories. They were quick and efficient. They were also very professional and courteous. We had questions and they had well-researched and knowledgeable answers. I don't think they charged us much either.

We brought our computer in to Comp USA to repair it. The repair lasted about five minutes and it broke again. We took it back in and they charged us again to repair it. They put in a new part and charged us for the labor again, but not the part.
