They were okay. I don't think the stairs were done that well. They upcharged me for putting a stain resister on. I didn't think it was worth the money.

I called ChemDry for a quote and they scheduled an appointment a few days later. They arrived on time and gave me a quote, and then immediately wanted to start the work. I wasn't ready (furniture needed to be moved first) but the technician helped me clear the rooms so I had it done that day. The technician was polite, quick, and thorough.

Chem-Dry did what they said that they would do and my carpets look great. They were very polite and I felt very comfortable having them in my home.

I just felt like Chem Dry kept trying to add costs on. They did good work and were polite but I just felt like they were trying to pressure me into doing some things that I didn't want to do.

Chem-Dry was very satisfactory. They gave me an estimate and it was right. They told us how long it would take for the carpet to dry and that was right. The crew was really nice and friendly and worked at a fast pace.
