CHEM-DRY

Technicians arrived on time and walked through the house with me to look at everything and have me point out problem areas. They went through options with me of the different types/levels of service. No pressure, but there is a certain level of "sales" to the whole thing. From start to finish, they were at my house 2 hours (for three rooms of carpet), so it is not a quick process (although the technician was training another tech, which I'm sure slowed things a bit). However, I am super happy with the results. Carpet looks MUCH better and was dry in just a couple hours, versus the 6+ hours I have had to wait with other companies. I did pay more with Chem-Dry than some of the others, but I'm hoping it will be money well spent. Also, I had coupons from another Chem Dry branch, which they honored.

Chem Dry was totally unprepared to do the job on their first day. He came without the right equipment, so another day had to be scheduled. The next guy they sent did a good job.

I was disappointed at the job Chem Dry did. They did not get out the pet stains. They tried to clean the carpets five times. The carpets looked dingy like they had been cleaned with dirty water. I would not use Chem Dry again.

The workers were dressed sloppy, they used a cell phone the whole time they were performing the work. They didn't do a great job cleaning the carpets for what I paid.

Chem-Dry does a very good job. The carpets are clean and don't take long to dry. The only thing I don't like is that they have coupons and discounts available, but they don't tell you.

Chem-Dry is very thorough and professional. We have used Chem-Dry for years. They treat us very well and get the job done quickly. I will continue to use them as I am very satisfied.
