Matthew did an excellent job, he was on time and went above and beyond. He didnt just throw up a regular gate, he cut it at an angle and made it specific to my area.

There was an instant connection with Matt. I identified the work that needed to be done, and he had the tools and the know how to repair my gutter that had been blown onto my deck by strong winds. He also replaced my flood lights. The work was excellent, and the price was very fair. The company definitely gets my highest recommendation.

Doors (Exterior) Installation and Replacement
Matt at Capital Builders was great to work with, and I am very happy with how the exterior door installation turned out. I wanted a new entry door and found one I liked online. Matt helped me order the door to specification, even creating a builders account to get me a discount. He helped me order hardware I liked and also stopped by to help bring it in when the delivery truck dumped it in my driveway. He then trimmed and installed the door, and the installation looks great! Matt did a wonderful job and charged a reasonable price. Highly recommend!

Deck or Porch - Repair
Yes, this contractor appears to be friendly and we paid him for his work. The problem started when we asked him to do additional work. We asked for a price but he said he would only be able to give us the price once the project was completed. When he presented us the bill, it was 3 times higher than HomeAdvisors highest estimate and much higher than any contractor would have charged. When we disputed this with him, he became very aggressive and began calling my phone throughout the day. He then showed up at my house many times banging on the front door and shouting for his money; to the extend that we almost called the police. This has been a very unpleasant experience and I would not recommend this person. Beware! If he does any work for you, get everything in writing.

Deck or Porch - Repair
Highly recommend!! Mr. Perrin and his team swept in and rescued my project at a critical juncture in my deck repair. He handcrafted beautiful, specialized stringers for my porch that other companies would not touch. His team primed and. painted a very detailed and intricate deck railing with amazing results. My deck is fully restored and gorgeous!

I had carpet entrance flooring removed beautiful laminate planks installed. New room painting including ceiling plus requiring inside balcony outside for ceiling fans with lights. Assisted getting my antique sofa repair Re-upholstered. This is the only contractors I would have work with my home. They are honest have always listened to what I wanted done!!! No one else will do!!!

What an excellent home improvement experience! We received professional and timely communication, a willingness to hear and understand the need for our lights to be relocated, the task was managed with expertise and precision and this company was extremely conscientious about clean up and left things better than they found them! Customer service was exceptional!

They worked on 4th July and stayed until project was complete. Also got supplier to open up on 4th July so they could get needed parts. I would absolutely recommend this company and already looking at them doing another project for us!!

My dining room and part of my kitchen were reduced to rubble from a plumbing leak. 90-year old plaster ceilings had to be pulled down and replaced and hardwood floors refinished in addition to plumbing repairs and placing light fixtures and cleaning up some wiring. These guys did everything and did it beautifully. Plus they came in every day with a smile and a positive, cheerful attitude. Matt and Stan are my new go-to guys for ANYTHING I need done in my house!! Hire them!
