The trees were dead within 6 weeks. They would not answer calls or respond to voice mails regarding their warranty. 6 months later, I was forced to file a suit in the small claims court just to get their warranty upheld. 2 months later, the trees have not been replaced and we are headed back to court. They are not providing healthy plants or standing behind their warranty. Do no use Calloway if you want great trees/shrubs at reasonable prices with professional installation and a glimmer of hope that they are not infected with diseases.
