All went well. Charles was prompt in responding and setting up an appointment. I was mildly disappointed that it would be several weeks till he could get to me, but I was willing to wait based on his reviews here. Once Charles arrived I inquired about the price that included the engine compartment. He told me $300, and I agreed - partly because I had waited over 2 weeks for the appointment and didn't want to start all over with someone else. I have to say that he worked hard and did an absolutely excellent job. However, based on prices that others have paid, I now feel I may have been gouged slightly cause I live in Brentwood. If what I paid was fair, it would have been good for Charles to let me know that what I was getting was above and beyond the norm. Bottom line: He does super work and all went well. The only thing preventing me from giving him all A's was the cost and a little bit the delay. I'd hire him again.

I found Bulldog Mobile Detailing on Angie's List.  After reading the reviews I decided to give him a call.  He answered the phone immediately, answered my questions and quoted me a price.  He directed me to his website so that  I could  look at available time slots and make an appointment.  On the day of the appointment, he arrived on time.  He was professional and courteous.  The quality of the work was excellent.  The SUV looks great.  There is no wax residue on the black trim, or in the gaps.  I would highly recommend Charles and Bulldog Mobile Detailing.

Charles did an excellent job detailing my truck. He was on time and he did a thorough job cleaning my truck. I will use his services in the future.

I had scheduled the appointment, but ended up having to leave earlier than planned. I called and asked if he had any flexibility with timing. He was very helpful and arranged to come several hours earlier than I had originally scheduled, to make absolutely sure he was done before I had to leave. He did a great job and was very pleasant to work with. I would definitely call him again!

Charles has many good reviews here and they are all true!  To start, I scheduled an appointment at about 8pm one evening and received a call from Charles within about 20 minutes (I wasn't expecting that).  He confirmed my preferred time (a Saturday morning), and also confirmed that it would be no problem to do 2 cars at the same time. He called before arriving and arrived right on time.  Charles was extremely professional and did an excellent job detailing both cars.  He was very conscientious and attentive and nothing but professional the entire time. 
How much better could it be - oh, right - he comes to you!  Look no further - Charles is your guy for getting your car detailed to the best it can be. 

Charles was the best auto detailed I've ever used. I will never call anyone else. So convenient that he can come to your work or home. My car looks and smells new - tough since I haul three dogs and an infant around all the time! He was professional, thorough and was able to get me in the same day I called. You will be thrilled if you call him.

Charles did an amazing job.  I called and I got an appt. for the next day.  I gave him my son's 6 year old car that was hardly ever cleaned, and he detailed car inside and out.  He cleaned everything thoroughly before he shined it all up.   He EVEN got rid of the nasty smell.  That car hasn't looked that good in years.  I will recommend his service and will use him again.   Well worth the money.

Like any black car, I had "swirls" in the sunshine.  Charles got my 328i back to showroom condition.  It gleamed once he was done!  He was right on time (actually a few minutes early) and put everything he had into making my car look brand new again.  I highly recommend Charles to anyone!  I know I will be calling him again!

Charles arrived exactly on time, got RIGHT down to work, and had the job done in the time period he estimated - and my car looks amazing!!! I appreciated the fact that he was courteous and professional, yet didn't waste time with chit-chat - he was there to get the work done!  This was the first time I have ever had my car detailed... while I know there were probably less expensive options available, I absolutely feel that i got my money's worth, and wouldn't hesitate to use this company again.

Overall he did a very thorough job, the car looks great. I would definitely use him again.

Car had never been polished.  Grandkid hauler -snack crumbs, soft drink sticky, crayon remnants in back seat.  Adult front seat -crushed, grimey carpet, pollen season dust,  Mr. Smith did and excellent job.  Can be proud of the car again.  He's coming tomorrow to do my Ford Freestyle wagon.Nash
