They were expensive. I think they did really good and came on time.
They did a pretty good job of being able to come out and provide the services they said they would and in a timely manner.

This company was recommended to us by a friend that is extremely hard to please. Tim Fann showed up on time, was extremely courteous and kind, and installed our new quarter-turn shut off valves (compression style) with the up-most quality. Didn't charge us an arm and a leg and we will no doubt be using them in the future. This is a local company you will have no problem recommending to your friends and family. 

Had me order another valve from manufacturer for future use.

Bob showed up at our scheduled appointment time . I am a tile contractor and found brooks plumbing on angies list . I was in desperate need of a good plumbing company having just experianced a company that sent five different plumbers to do two procedures and totally messed up in every aspect. Brooks guys mike and Tim are very knowledgeable of the ins and out of their trade and without a doubt some of the nicest guys to work with. this is the second job in a row that ive had them on and would recomend them to contractors such as myself, homeowners and anyone wanting a fair price and worry free service. They installed faucets tub valve and kitchen service including garbage disposal and dishwasher. they helped repair a four jet shower valve assembly totally ruined by another service.they installed a pedestal sink and faucet set and not to mention a steam unit compressor for a steam shower. They are quick ,on time and don't cut corners.I will use them in the future anytime my quotes require more plumbing than I want to handle myself.I believe this companys business will soar once the word gets out and my only hope is that they will still find time to be available to me when I call them at that time. seasoned plumbers with no nonsense values are hard to come by thank goodness I found this group.

They are a smaller company, so they are not always available for emergency service. But they are one of the few companies that still charge hourly. I have found them to be honest and competent, and I never worry about bill padding. They have even recommended ways to save money on a job. Reviews on the big companies mention hard-sell on and quot;service plansand quot; or additional work, and the and quot;flat rateand quot; quotes I've gotten on the few occasions I've had someone come out from a large company are always very high.
I'd rather stick with a local small business and Brooks is one that I trust.

I had Brooks Plumbing come out to install a new electric hot water heater. I had already bought the new one, and they were to replace the existing one... Same size and all the hook ups were there. The appointment was for 7:30 but he didn't show up till 8. It took three hours to do the work which seemed like a lot to me, and there were some smoke breaks in there, too. And then at the end I find out they charge for travel time ...30 mins....contrary to what it says on this Angie's List profile. Feel kinda ripped off.

It was as pleasant an experience as one can have when spending big bucks on plumbing repairs. They knew what they were doing, planned the job thoroughly to give me the best result possible, took pride in doing high quality work.....and they even re-seeded the front lawn twice to hide the new excavation. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend or hire again!

The service and price were incredible. They worked for us previously and did an excellent job then as well.

Awesome experience. Prompt, efficient, friendly, and the price was totally affordable -and actually below what I expected it to be.

I Called Brooks because they were highly rated on Angies and that they were fairly close to my house (9 miles). We had a severly clogged upstairs sink in our ranch home and couldn't get it unclogged ourselves. I called them on friday and scheduled them to call first thing Monday morning. The Plumber called at about 7:40 am and said that he be at the house shortly. He got there and was very courtious and professional and wise to all things plumbing and more! He did a great job on the sink and charged a fair amount for the service. I can't give this company and in particular the plumber who perfomred the work enough praise. I don't know if you are supposed to give names in specifec but, Bob was awesome...Very happy camper

We came to know of them through Angie’s List, and we’ve used them once before. They had come to fix something in the bathroom, and back then they were not expensive. Their price was steep the last time we used them, though. We had to pay service charges twice. The plumber had come out and looked at the leak. I told him that there was a leak in the bathtub upstairs. He went upstairs and came back and asked where the leak was. Later he found it out and said he would have to get a part. Then they very responsibly called several times, but we couldn’t hook it up because I was baby sitting my grandbaby. He later fixed it, but it ended up being very expensive. I don't know why we had to pay two service charges when they didn’t even have the part the first time they came. My husband called and told them that the price was steep and that we didn’t have to pay two service charges. They said we just had to and we paid them. I am not sure if I would use them again.

They did an excellent job. They went beyond putting a little plastic thing in the toilet; I can see a difference. I like that they take their shoes off before then come into the house.

The other job was more expensive than expected, but it was a big job. The plumber was very courteous, communicative and clean.

They did a good job. They were very fair in their prices. My husband was thrilled with them. They came on time.

Initially, he thought he would have to tie into the sewer pipe on the other side of the basement. However, after removing some insulation panels and consulting with his boss, he was able to tie in right above where the washer was located.

My family home is now rental property, the tenant called about the kitchen sink not draining. I used Angie's list and contacted Brooks Plumbing due to good reviews. They responded quickly and did a thorough job cleaning the kitchen drain out to the sewer connection. The plumber noted the old style trap for the tub and questioned whether it would need repairs. My tenant did not feel he should pursue preventive maintenance, but was very pleased with their professionalism, and is knowledgeable about repair work and felt the cost for time spent was reasonable. A month later when the bathtub had similar problems I didn't hesitate to call Brooks, and they were out the following day. I feel confident that I can use them for rental properties, and will not personally need to be present to ensure quality work.
