We are still in the process of working with this company but so far they are excellent.  They have quality craftsmen who do an excellent job and clean up.  They are open to changes, addtions and suggestions.  Finally their accounting/billing is transparent.  Couldn't be happier.

Their service was very friendly, timely, and they kept us well informed on what they were doing. The quality of their work was excellent. They had an outsanding carpenter who helped us out a lot, he was very creative in his solutions. They helped us work with an almost impossible deadline we were trying to meet, and they did it. They are courteous , friendly, attentive, honest, and the billing was easy. No complaints, amazing experience and we really appreciate it. they worked extra hard to meet the deadline, they really went above and beyond for us!

Broderick Builders was an excellent choice to replace my shingles and gutters following hail damage in May 2012. I had numerous agents stop by my home over the summer months, asking if I needed a quote. I wasn't here when the hail happened, and didn't see any obvious damage to my shingles, so I sent them all away. Only TJ from Broderick actually convinced me to let him climb on my roof and take pictures of the damage, which led to my calling my insurance company for a damage inspection. Terrific work, TJ!
Adam and TJ worked with me to coordinate the documentation my insurance company and mortgage company needed, and despite the heavy roofing workload in this area, managed to get their team on-site within 2 weeks of getting final approval. They put up with some uninformed second-guessing by me on shingling methods, and made sure I felt good about the process. The shingle-replacement was done quickly and well. TJ and Adam worked with me to identify improvements to the shingling and gutter system, which were included in the job at no additional cost.
There were a couple of issues with the job, most related to the gutter-replacement by a 3rd party contractor. One shingle was damaged in replacing the gutters, and the gutter team dumped nails from inside the old gutters onto the ground below. The broken shingle was replaced as part of Broderick's post-repair inspection process, which also included clean-up of nails and debris under the roofline.
There were also some minor issues related to clean-up after the shingle-replacement, including shingle debris on my deck, front porch, and driveway, as well as a wooden pallet left on my driveway. However, TJ ensured this was taken care of when I let him know about the problem.
We've been thru several periods of heavy rainfall since the job was completed, and I don't see any indication of problems with the new roof or gutter system. I'd highly recommend Broderick to friends and family for roofing work.
Response from Broderick Builders
"Member thank you for the kind review. We are quite proud of the work our roofing division does for our clients and have nothing but great reviews like this from all of them. TJ and Adam are very good at what they and we are proud to have them on the team. We would be glad to help you with any of your other home needs in the future."

Before we selected Broderick Builders to renovate our master bedroom and bathroom, my husband and I researched more than 10 different contractors and received numerous bids. I am so glad we made the right choice with Broderick. They were easy to work with; punctual, professional, and transparent. They started the work quickly and finished ahead of schedule. The estimate we received from them matched up to the amount we paid for the work, and they kept us in the loop about the budget and costs incurred every week. Their team is knowledgeable, trustworthy, and they produced an excellent product.
Since the master bedroom and bathroom renovation, we've had them out to help with a plumbing issue in our guest bath - again, the quality of the service was impeccable.
Response from Broderick Builders
"Hi Member. We greatly enjoyed working with you and Ryan on your master bath project, and the other projects we have done for you. The bath turned out beautifully and we hope you and Ryan are enjoying it; you have great taste!"

They would have been average by my standards. They were just ok. They were expensive, and they did some bone-headed things. They could have supervised better. For example, a guy ran a water line through an uninsulated part of the house. It ended up with a leak that trashed our bedroom and the floor. It wasn't a little mistake it was a huge mistake. They fixed it, but it should have never happened in the first place.
Response from Broderick Builders
"It has been some time now since the project was completed; sometimes subcontractors do bone headed things, but we as a company stand behind our work and correct issues as they occur to the satisfaction of our clients. All damages were taken care of as quickly as possible with no additional charges to the homeowner. In this business things do happen, we strive to minimize such occurances and jump to remedy issues as soon as they arise. We thank the Members greatly for their business."

John inspired a great deal of confidence in us from the start. He presented a very clear and reasonable estimate of the work to be done and insisted that we could make any desired changes along the way. The work began a week after we met and the crews were polite, pleasant, and hard-working. Each stage of the project took a bit longer than expected, but we were able to stay on budget by a)staying on top of BB when things looked like they were possibly getting out of whack b)asking lots of questions about value and quality. There were a few snafus along the way, such as the tile going down straight instead of diagonally (fixed immediately) or a few days where crews were nowhere to be found (still no real resolution there). One can expect snafus in any project of size, so what we were most concerned about was the quality of workmanship. Woodwork: Very pleased, though we had to request correction on a few spots where shoe molding did not quite reach the edge of a wall Tile work: Very well done once it was laid in the correct pattern; porcelain was recommended but then the tile selection they offered was ceramic. Odd, but not a problem for us. One spot needed more grout and they fixed it immediately. Painting: The subcontractor was pleasant to work with and very accommodating while I wavered between two options. I am less than impressed with the paint job because his cutting in is somewhat sloppy and he got trim paint on my doorknobs and bannister. Not to mention I could have gotten it all painted for almost half the cost with my own painter... Communication: This is both a strong and weak suit for BB. Early on, John would return every phone call and email yet somehow my faucet didn't get ordered along with the toilet and lavatory. My cabinets (to take 4-6 weeks) were not ordered until the last week of the project itself. Never understood how that happened in a company that's been in business for so long. Toward the end, fewer calls and emails were returned and there seemed to be less of an effort to impress. Cabinets: Once the cabinets arrived, they had to cut into the sheetrock in order to get them into the utility room (instead of driving the piece back to KY to cut it - ?), the countertop was not with the cabinets, and it took nearly two weeks for them to correct some glue/caulk and molding mistakes. When discussed, we were compensated for the mistakes. In the end, we are really enjoying the new space. It took longer and cost a tad more than estimated, but we are so glad that we plowed through. Broderick's crew is overall very efficient and professional, making the whole remodeling experience not nearly as terrible as friends had forewarned.

The work took much longer than planned and was much more expensive. The actual costs were a lot more than the estimate. The finished work is well done and we are pleased with the space. Broderick does good work but you pay too much for it. John told me that a bathroom would cost about $5000 but in the end it cost $8000. You cannot trust his estimate of the cost.

Broderick builders used many subcontractors to do the job. It seemed like there was no communication. They cut holes in my hard wood floors, they left the house doors wide open when no one was there, and it was just poor service. They didn't even fix the damage they caused.

I love the result we got, but the process was difficult. The work took longer than we expected, and ended up being more expensive than we had thought it would be. In the end we were very happy, and I love the way the kitchen and bathrooms turned out.

We were quoted $20,000 for the renovation from Broderick and we ended up stopping work when it reached $60,000. They had to do most of the work a couple of times because of the lack of getting things up to code. This company is very untrustworthy.
