My wood floors were in very poor condition and I thought it would have to be replaced. The pros at Braza Flooring proved me wrong, they look better than they did when we bought the house. We had pet stains and water stains from potted plants, cracks, and slight cupping in some areas. They helped choose the right stain that would hide the pet and water stains that couldn’t be sanded out. The job was completed much quicker than expected. I would hire them again and would recommend them without hesitation.

Sam at Braza floors was fantastic to work with and did equally fantastic work. They came in to repair water damaged floors and matched the undamaged parts perfectly. Their estimate was not the highest or lowest, but they came right to the penny when the job was done. I'd recommend Sam and Braza to anyone. They are top notch craftsman with great customer service.

I highly recommend Braza Flooring. I purchased a home in Sylvan Park and the original flooring from 1959 was in need of some repair and refinishing. The owner, Samuel Santos was extremely professional, did exactly what he said he would when he said he would do it, from showing up on time every time, providing a clear concise estimate with no hidden costs at all, and the quality of work by his team was amazing. I have had so many compliments on my floors! I got quotes from two of the "big" companies in town and was stood up by one and then with the other, by the time we got through all of the "add ons" the price went up over $1,000 from the initial quote - NOPE! Samuel and his team are great guys and do awesome work! Hire them!
