Bone Dry came in at a time when I was just taking over the property from the previous owner (and a tenant was in place). The house is single level, close to 2700 ft2 plus a large porch. Close to 70% of the decking had to be replaced, and Bone Dry did a fine job with all of it. They also did a good job with the sealing, especially around the chimney. A few months later, we had a very small leak issue which they checked out and remedied without any needed follow up on my part. The 20+ year Owens-Corning warranty on the entire system is one of the reasons that swung me over to them. I expect you can find someone to do your roofing at a lower price, but I doubt you'll find one who does work of this caliber with an excellent warranty.

This company was prompt to schedule an estimate but had to be called over and over, with repeated no-shows, to book the actual repairs. That should have told me something and I should have canceled their service. The first repairs were done so horribly, the manager had to come out, review the work, and then redo the repairs. The repairs were still done horribly and were incomplete. They then tried to charge me for work that was never completed. This was an absolutely horribly experience and makes me question angie's list and their ratings.

Buyer Beware! Bone Dry Roofing installed my roof 3 years ago, and they will not honor their warranty. Three months ago, my ceiling was stained from a roof leak - around the chimney flashing. I phoned Bone Dry Roofing and they sent Quinn out to take a look (October 19, 2017). He said that they were responsible to fixing the leak AND repairing the ceiling damage. I heard nothing for several weeks. After many calls, Dustin came out and also took a look (November 30, 2017).... same assessment. The chimney flashing was leaking. He said they were responsible for the fix and would be out the following week to repair... That was almost 2 months ago... They are not returning my calls nor have they repaired anything. Buyer beware. If you get a roof installed by Bone Dry Roofing and it leaks... it's all YOUR problem. They do not stand behind their product or their warranty.

The estimate and repairs were simple, professional, and painless. I was very pleased with my experience with Dustin and his team. The only negative part of the experience was I seemed to have fallen through the cracks on scheduling. I think it was simply because Dustin was heading out on vacation right after I signed off on the work to be done. It happens. Once I called to followup, they expedited sending out someone to get the work done. Everything looked better than the previous work done on the roof. They even blew out the leaves in the gutters and re-caulked vents and other roof protrusions free of charge. Very pleased overall.

Bone Dry Roofing was such a welcome relief from trying to work with other roofers. First, they were prompt in returning all phone calls and showed up to each appointment on time. They were actually do the job earlier than expected which was a welcome surprise. The job was done professionally and they cleaned everything up. You only knew they had been here because the roof was fixed, no mess left behind.

They showed up on time, completed the inspection and provided me the feedback. He told me I would receive an invoice and a letter detailing the condition of my roof. After several days I contacted them to follow up. They said yes they would forward me the invoice. after several calls they finally did send the info as promised.

I was contacted by Bone Dry and made an appointment. The day of the appointment I received a call from the technician saying that the appointment had been scheduled incorrectly and that we needed to reschedule for two days later. I explained that I had a doctors appointment that morning and might be back in time to meet him. The technician told be that it would be fine as he takes pictures of the roof and any needed repairs and would then produce a report with recommendations. I consented. On the appointed morning while at the doctor's office, I received a cell phone call from the technician asking when I would be back home. I explained that I was having some tests run and I couldn't say. He sounded confused and I reminded him of our prior conversation. He said okay and when I got home about 45 minutes later, no one was there. Several days passed with no word from Bone Dry. I called the office and was told that I would have to call the technician's cell as they had no information regarding my roof. I called the cell, got voicemail, left a message. Two weeks passed and finally I received a voicemail from the technician saying that the report had been completed and would I please call to set up an appointment for him to come and go over the report with me. I called back, got voicemail and left a message giving him my email address and asking him to attach the report and pictures and email them to me. Another week passed and nothing. As it was getting close to the 30 guarantee deadline, I called the Bone Dry Office and was told that the technician was on vacation and would not be back until the next week. The young woman was kind enough to go back to his office to look for the report but could find nothing regarding my roof. I then contacted Angie's List, explained the situation and asked for my money back. The money was in my account within 48 hrs.

Everything went great! Guy showed up on time, was professional and courteous, and went right to work. As I recall, 11 shingles were replaced, and he sealed the areas around my chimney and roof vents. I was given what I consider a very good price for the work, and I highly recommend them.

They charged $225 for a maintenance package which I felt was high for replacing two shingles and nailing down a few nails. I even supplied the shingles. Not sure I will use them again for maintenance needs.

Excellent. They showed up when promised and performed the maintenance. They told me about the condition and expected life span of my roof. At no time did they try to pressure me into other services or tell me that I needed a new roof at the current time.
