The owner, Ray McCool, was an outstanding individual with whom to work throughout the whole process. He took extensive time to thoroughly understand our needs and desires, took detailed measurements to ensure proper fit and placement of the product on existing window frames, worked very closely with the manufacturer to ensure proper split/division in the shutters to match the split/division of our windows, and provided a quality installer to ensure the proper installation. Based on the manufacturer's production time and his company's workload, Ray projected an installation in six weeks and met that schedule. Ray's prices were very fair and reasonable and I would not hesitate to highly recommend his product and service for clients in the market for interior plantation shutters.
