The company ordered new brackets from the manufacturer of the shades and had them mailed to me. There was no charge. I was reluctant even to ask for help with a shade that was so old, but they were absolutely great!

Their service and quality of their work was unmatched! We have used them on 2 new houses in the last 3 years. We have moved a lot and they are by far the best at measuring all types of windows, including arched, so the blinds or shutters fit tight. Very professional! Price and quality of their products is very reasonable.
