phone repair
 + -1 moreAsurion provides cell phone insurance and after 2 replacement phones that do not work....the first replacement phone almost burned someone's face and the second one when the phone rings the flash goes off and then on the screen a light appears and then the phone locks up and you can't turn it off or on and then about 8 hours later is unfreezes and you can use it for an hour or two and that's it. I had to pay a $169.00 deductible to get these useless reconditioned phones when my original iPhone was less than a month old. My business is being affected by this and this is totally unacceptable! Now have to go to Verizon and insist that they fix the situation and I know they probably won't.....so frustrated this is not the way to run businesses!

THE MAN WHO MAILED BACK MY PHONE WAS NICE TO ME WHEN HE GAVE ME MY PHONE. HE WAS ALSO FAST AT DELIVERING THE PHONE TO ME AND GETTING THE JOB DONE HE WAS A GREAT MAN.
Description of Work: I WAS WORKING ON MY JOB AND I WAS FIXING SOME BOXES WHEN SUDDENLY MY PHONE FELL OFF AND HIT THE FLOOR AND THAT CAUSED MY PHONES WIRING TO BRAKE SO I HAD TO CALL THE COMPANY TO SEND ME A NEW ONE.
