I've used them for about 17 years.

We have a quarterly pest control and annual termite service through Arrow.  We have a key account, where the service provider has a key to our home and perform services while we are at work.  We have had some difficulty in the past getting services performed on time due to staffing changes in their office, and we are never notified by the technician to let us know that he will be coming on a particular day.  I would appreciate notice so that we can ensure we will not be in the house for several hours after the service is performed.  It is also frustrating that when you call the office to request contact before the quarterly visit, their office staff instructs you to call the provider directly.  I believe that if I am paying Arrow for the service, they should be the ones to coordinate with the technician.  I am unsure if all of the pest control companies work this way, but I find it frustrating.

Arrow sprays our yard monthly for mosquitos and helps deal with winter mice indoors.  We are happy with the results.  The only complaint we have had is that when they spray, they don't always leave a service note on the door, so we only know they came when we see the charge on the bill.  For a service that is not outwardly evident (mosquito spraying), we really need a service slip.  Other than that, the results are very good.

They were professional and courteous. When we got the appointment times scheduled correctly, it went smoothly.

They are very punctual and easy to work with. They are very real folks, very nice. Sometimes we've had to move appointments and they've been very accommodating. It's a nice service. They also offer wildlife removal if necessary.

They work. They come once every three months, which comes out cheaper. They are professional and punctual.

They are really easy to work with. They also do weekend house calls. I have shopped around and they have the best price. The product that they use is safe for the whole family. They are always here on time. They are very respectful and quick.

They do an okay service and are usually very thorough. Although, It could have been better the last time. They were not at the top of their game that day. Nevertheless, they were very punctual and their price is fair.

We really like the professionalism of this company. They come out when they say they are, do the job the best way possible, and we haven't had a single problem with termites on this property since. I highly recommend them to anyone with any type of bug problem.

I absolutely love Bill our exterminator. Very thorough and polite. If there are any ants between services, they will come back and re-treat at no additional cost.

They always let me know in advance when they are coming. They are very polite and do a great job. We have no problems with pests now.

Arrow Exterminators overall rating with me is good. The service is done quarterly. We do need to be present for the service.
