Chandler, my consultant, was super knowledgeable and helped me pick the perfect windows for my home without any sales pressure. The installation crew was on time, tidy, and did amazing work. You can tell they really care about getting it right. The lead installed even showed me a super easy way to re-hang my blinds. To be honest, I didn't really expect much change on the way the house looks but I was wrong. The windows themselves are just beautiful - they've totally transformed the look and feel of my house. No more drafts or street noise! I know they'll help cut my energy bills too. All in all, I couldn't be more pleased. Apex knocked it out of the park. Had our entire house of windows replaced by Apex. We are now currently dealing with 4 leaking windows which makes 5 total windows that were faulty and caused damage in our home. I have huge holes in my walls waiting for them to come out and replace. They won’t return my calls or emails. We had so much black mold that we had to open up the walls. Still waiting on a response from them. I definitely would not recommend them.

I am very pleased with the experience that I had with Apex Energy Solutions. It all started with Katelyn coming to my door and talking to me about the windows in my home. It was kind of ironic because a day before my wife and I were talking about how we needed to start to consider getting new windows, but it wasn’t our top priority at the time. I agreed to talk further with a Sales Representative. Kyle Daniel came to my home and talked to me about all of the features of the Apex Windows. He demonstrated them with an in home display. Kyle was very informative and knowledgable of his product. We talked about the comparison with other window manufacturers and also price compared. I was very impressed with the first two people I had met and with the product that I decided to purchase the windows. Email communication was frequent with Heather and Mary concerning the production of the windows and the payment transactions. Todd, our Master installer, came to my house to measure every window and answer further answer questions. that I had about the installation. When the windows were ready, Todd came with his crew of installers and removed my old windows and replaced with the new. On the day that the installation was to take place, it was raining on and off. They were able to work around the rain, maintain professional installation, and keep my house clean. Their installers were all very personable and willing to show you what they were doing and explain the features of the windows they were installing. They also noticed one window that was not up to their specifications, showed me the defect, and promptly ordered me a replacement. Mary kept on to ensure that the replacement was up to Apex’s standards and also ensured that I was happy with the product and service. The timing for the replacement was prompt. Both of the installers that I had for the replacement were knowledgable and personable. I am very satisfied with the new windows in my house, they look great. Apex recently replaced several windows in our house. We are pleased with the look and operation of the new windows. Communication was good throughout the entire process. Our installer Jason (and his team) did an excellent job and was very careful and clean in our home. The wrong sized window was delivered initially for one window and we did have to wait several weeks (spanning a couple holidays) for a replacement. However, this was overall a good experience and we are glad we went with Apex. Disclosure: unbiased review provided as part of a contractual agreement which included an adjusted project cost.

Let’s just start with the initial sales meeting. We were so impressed with the amount of information they had (we are also in the glass business so we knew what we were looking for) Apex went above and beyond anything I could imagine. We have “The Cadillac” of windows they are very well made and worth every penny we spent. Not to mention the staff at Apex was amazing..emails answered within minutes not days like most companies! They were here on time on day of install and had ALL my old windows removed and new windows installed in ONE day!! We are beyond happy to be able to look at on to the world through NEW APEX windows!!

A+ experience from start to finish and we couldn't be happier! New windows weren't even a blip on our radar yet after Kyle's great consultation / presentation + reading up on APEX Energy Solutions we decided to replace 11 original 1980s windows. Kyle was super helpful and really knows his stuff which helped us select the best window options, trim color, etc. for our house. Ordering was a breeze and APEX called to schedule installation exactly when they said they would. Super professional and helpful. Even so we started to wonder if we really "needed" new windows no matter the promised improvement & quality. So when installation day arrived we were feeling a little anxious. Again we had a First Class experience. A text notified us the install crew was en route and they arrived on time. A shout out to Brian (crew leader), Terry & crew for their fantastic, super professional & thoughtful work; their expertise immediately put us at ease. All equipment looked new and was impeccably clean from the large cushy mat placed outside front door, the tarps used on floors & even draped over our shrubs, to brooms & shop vacs. They meticulously cleaned up as they worked and you can really tell the install crew takes pride in what they do. They’re so good, in fact, that we didn’t even need to remove our plantation shutters for the installation. Each individual APEX window was diligently & perfectly installed. Turns out our old windows had some issues: 1 completely rotted wood sill, some with zero insulation or sealant (you could see thru a crack to outside), windows that weren't even the correct size. All stuff we couldn't "see” and Kyle did us proud in knowing exactly which old windows needed replacing and which didn't. The install crew replaced the rotted sill at no extra charge. Our APEX triple pane windows have foam insulation (no stingy business - they use the correct amount) and are caulked to the brick. No more cold winter air will blow thru wall sockets by the windows - Yay! When 1 new APEX window sash wasn't 100% perfect and 1 new screen had a tiny mark I could barely see, Brian arranged to come back and replace these asap. Wow - I'm a "picture straightener" and the attention to detail and quality blew me away. The exterior trim was installed so perfectly and the color Kyle helped us choose is such a perfect match that it all blends beautifully with the house & the few remaining older windows. Neighbors have already commented on how nice it looks and asked about the windows. Brian showed us how to operate & clean our new windows + screens (super easy) then the crew removed all labels and wiped down the frames until spotless (no smudges). When they left all work areas both inside and out were so clean we couldn't tell they had been here. Not one bent twig in the garden. It’s like we woke up and the Window Fairy had left us these gorgeous windows. Not only do the APEX windows look amazing but our house actually feels different. It’s so much quieter inside, the kitchen bay window seating area now remains cool all summer afternoon and the 2 new casement windows in the den have transformed the space so much we can’t stop admiring them. Rooms now feel brighter, open, more modern and updated. It’s such a great improvement and investment for our home. Final note about this stellar install crew: they helped my husband move our very old heavy piano both out and back with great care + were mindful of our elderly cat bunkered in the 1/2 bath vanity cabinet & always checked to make sure bathroom door was shut so he was safe. The whole experience was great. The installers we the best ever. They did their job, on time in the best mood. I was off that day and I was interrained. They didn’t miss a beat. Better look out, somebody’s gonna steal them. Hope they are paid well.

My contract was with Apex Energy Solutions to replace 16 windows. Apex is strictly a marketing group as they do not make or install anything. Alside Supply Nashville measures the windows for the actual order, has them made at one of their manufacturing plants, and contracts out the installation to crews that also may install for other companies. BTW, most of these made-to-order windows are standard sizes that require less setup for the manufacturing plant. Apex niche is getting contracts for the installation of Alside 8000 series windows that they have renamed Insignia. The only thing Apex has to offer over local contractors is superior customer service that I certainly didn’t get. Also there was poor workmanship and installation with this job that Apex is contractually responsible for. Workmanship issues were two double hung sashes had to be replaced and even one of the replacement sashes needed to be replaced and some vent locks were installed upside down. Installation issues were a foot or so of indoor caulking had to be redone, a balance shoe needed adjusting, outdoor plants were trampled with no warning or apology at the time, and small peaces of debris were left scattered on the ground. All these issues were eventually taken care of. A bothersome issue is I wasn’t told in advance that a slider window would be smaller than the one it replaced and this wasn’t noted in the contract. Apex should not arbitrarily install smaller windows than the originals. Since the window/sash is just two inches shorter in height than the one it replaced, I decided to keep it. Had it been a lot shorter in height, I would have pursued an adjustment. This need for a shorter window is also in doubt since a neighbor had their identical window replaced with one that was two inches higher than ours and the master installer noted the window was the wrong size while he was installing it. Mr. Brown, Apex Nashville president, would never admit that the window was indeed the wrong size and when told about the neighbor’s window being larger than ours his only response was “thank you for the information.” He insisted the larger window would structurally fail with the “significant” weight increase that according to Alside engineers would just be one more pound greater than my 25 pound sash. I believe he should have researched this issue more. Finally it took 103 days from the initial install to the last replacement sash being put in place. I expected this job to be completed in one day with excellent workmanship and that didn’t happen. Thus, I will have my remaining 11 windows replaced by another company. The attached picture shows the gap above the window. They built around it and hopefully had installation added. It does look okay and should function well.
