The American Standard representative Louis, showed up on-time for his initial evaluation (which unlike another company I dealt with, was free of charge). He was extremely personable and knowledgeable about what my home needed. I had researched my problem beforehand and contacted various contractors which tried to say I needed more extensive work. Their estimates were over $2,000 more expensive than what ASFR provided. I read over the literature Louis provided and researched the company credentials. ASFR is the ONLY company in the state of Tennessee with employees certified by the National Foundation Repair Association. I'm not typically impressed by titles but when it comes to my home investment, I want some reassurance that I'm getting it fixed by someone who has been properly trained. My home had standing water in the crawlspace which caused some of the interior supports to fail. The repair plan not only proposed fixing the problem, but also what caused it (which incidentally none of the other companies I dealt with offered to do). I was impressed by the crew, they were considerate of saving my plants and keeping the work area clean. They performed the job in a timely manner and went out of their way to hear and address my concerns. Overall, I was impressed by ASFR from the day they set foot on my door and I highly recommend them..
