They usually come out once or twice a year depending on what is needed. I won't call anybody back unless I am perfectly happy. I have been using them for 6 or 7 years.

I love them. They communicate well, they let me know when they are coming. They are very professional when they are in my home washing the inside of the windows. They don't make a lot of noise and they don't get in my way. They are just very aware.

Because of my scheduling issues, the work took place over two days.  On the first day, a Tuesday, a crew came to pressure walk the sidewalks around my house and to clean my gutters ($150 for each of these tasks, for a total of $300).  Then two days later, another crew came to wash my windows ($405 for this).  When the estimator came earlier, he gave me a cost range for all three tasks, based on the time they would take.  The pressure-washing and gutter-cleaning came in at the low end of the range; the window washing came in at the higher end--but all three jobs were within the price range quoted.  The jobs were done very well -- I had not seen the real color of my sidewalks in so long that I was quite surprised to find out what they look like when the layer of dirt and silt was gone!  The window-washing was perhaps the more difficult task.  My house was built in the 1940s, and both the windows and storm windows are old. I hadn't tried to wash the windows or even move the storm windows since I moved in more than ten years ago.  The crew worked hard in the July heat (and in my mosquito ridden yard) to wrestle with the old windows and screens; today, my windows sparkle. Both crews were courteous and hard-working.  I'll call Alpine again.

It went perfectly, just as promised.  The crew arrived at the appointed time and performed the agreed upon service.  The results were as expected and our roof now looks like new.

I'm putting my house on the market for sale and needed the work done fast.  Called Alpine yesterday and they showed up today because of a cancellation.  They called before arriving and quickly went to work.  Very professional and friendly---they did an excellent job.

If I could give Alpine 10 stars I would.

We have used Alpine Window Cleaning twice a year for several years now.  Our home has windows that are 2 and 3 stories high, some accessible only from our steep roof, and they do a great job of accessing them and getting them clean.  Their rates are very reasonable, they are always prompt, courteous, and efficient.  Nate and Crystal do a great job with the scheduling and making sure their customers are taken care of properly.  Because of this, we would never consider doing our windows ourselves again.  It is well worth the price for the great service we receive and I would highly recommend to anyone.

They were on time, polite, very professional and efficient. In and out in about 2 hours. Made a marked difference in the amount of light we get into the porch and made our newly installed, insulated windows sparkle! Mitchell and Dontrell were well spoken, respectful and knowledgable as they went about their business. Couldn't have asked for better!

A day was selected to perform the work. Alpine called the day before the schedule date to confirm and followed-up on the scheduled date with a time they would arrive. When the workers arrived they reconfirmed what work was to be performed. Set-up and work was neat and organized. All question I asked were answered completely.  Alpine is a professional company that treats there customer with respect.

Cleaned our windows both inside and outside, used ladders to clean very high ceiling fans and changed light bulbs, and also dusted a very high light fixture.
Kind, helpful folks that did a GREAT job!
