Although the Humidifier was installed, it was done installed completely. I had a plumber come out to do some other work and they found a piece of the humidifier the ground.

The tech did have to reschedule once.  Luckily, I had my significant other available to let him in the house since I wouldn't be available on such short notice.  All the work was performed as agreed and he was professional.  We specifically asked for a receipt of payment for the the work done, and were told it would be emailed to me.  I have yet to receive the receipt of payment.  Other than the lack of a receipt, I am very satisfied with "All Things Maintenance."

Response from All Things Maintenance
"Thank you for the review. We always do the job right and are very professional. Angielist takes the time to screen their companies before they ever recommend them. We had a professional appearance that day. We had to run one of the salesman to service your home, so there was no company logo on the truck. We run service vans that have our company name and logo. We pride ourselves in doing the job right and in a professional manner. Thanks again for your review as this will help us make any changes necessary to improve our services."

System checked out well, but before they came, I noticed outdoor unit was not level, and I knew that wasn't good. While they were there, I asked about straightening the unit or replacing the broken concrete slab. They said they would need to unhook the inlines to reset, so they gave me a price immediately. We decided to do that and also clean the unit while doing so. Since they didn't have to get into the house for that work, it kept me from having to take another day off work. The work was done before I knew it.

Ray Goodman installer, first class!

Hired for another job, buy and install a water heater. He was a no show for the job because he took another job in front of me. Probably for more money.

Turns out I went to another plumbing company and the cost was considerably less. And they showed up!

Ray was fantastic! He did an excellent job replacing my downstairs A/C unit and replacing all my ductwork on the first floor. He provided me several options including repairing my old unit or replacing the entire unit with several different options when the current system failed. Ray was on-time, very professional, and provided quality work. I have and will continue to recommend Ray to my friends and family.

Called the company originally due to a home maintenance issue - quick response and went above and beyond to fix my leaky pipes and clogged drains. Had to make a follow-up service call due to the warranty company protocol, came back within the same week for repairs and did a good job.
When I had another issue a week later that I needed to address, I called to set-up an appointment and waited a week without a call back. Called again because the price of the additional repair was good and the service was good the last time I used them. Set-up an appointment for later in the week, the serviceman was a no show. I called 30 minutes after our appointment time, got no answer, left a message and two days later still have not heard back. Frustrating :( Because I still need the work done and need to find a new company to do the work.

UPDATE: 3/19/13 - Ray the owner called today to apologize for missing the appointment due to a death in the family. I appreciated the call (better late than never) and will consider doing business again with Ray in the future.

Had a gas line leak in my attic and called my home warranty company. They dispatched a ticket to All Things Maintenance who came out first thing the next morning immediately after they got the claim. Got my leak fixed and made sure everything was working fine.
