No show. Did not bother to call and cancel.

He talked big but seldom came through with his promises. The quality of work was poor. His subcontractor installed siding on our back wall that made me cringe to look at because it was so wavy. I told him we weren't happy with it and he blamed the wall. Of course, the next guy we hired was able to fix it pretty easily. There were also several instances where he completed work differently than what was discussed without even notifying me. Ultimately, we found someone with a much better attention to detail, but it was frustrating to have to pay someone else to redo the mistakes that were made by this man and his helper. I would not recommend using this business.

Serviceman made numerous promises of quality work but I had to call him to come back and re-do repairs that were very shoddy. My concern was that no moisture be able to get back into the rotted areas but most of the repairs made had to be re-done either by him or the painters I hired to paint the house after the repairs were done. I am still finding areas that were not properly made to avoid rain pooling, etc. I asked serviceman to make sure there were no other areas that needed repair since we were painting the house and he assured me that everything was fine.
I also had trouble with him constantly rescheduling and not showing up on time. I went out this morning while it was raining and climbed up on a ladder to check on drainage above the window trim only to find it re-installed in such a way that the rain would pool up against the house which will eventually lead to moisture coming through the siding which is the reason the repairs had to be made in the first place.
I had not planned on writing a review because I was so upset that I didn't want to think about the poor quality work that I received.  I got very bad service and poor quality work and would highly NOT recommend this person for any work.
